I booked an appointment for a friend's wedding. I got a message on the day before the wedding saying "new location is xxxxx" No further explanation, nothing. Even if they had text and said "hello an unseen situation came up and we'll have to move your location" literally anything except for the unprofessional text that I got. I text back and said "it's not in the salon? I don't feel comfortable going to somebody's house." They text back and said "I understand" and cancelled my appointment within the minute. Did not even try to come up with a different solution or explain the situation, just canceled my appointment. So they expected a tourist to go to someone's house without any explanation? That's super weird. I even tried to call ro sort it out and they ignored my phone call. So so unprofessional

I chose this Salon today to get my dark roots touched up and lightened to platinum blonde. I had a bad experience with 2211 salon at the mall so decided to give this salon a shot and I'm glad I did. Scarlet was amazing and she was super nice and sweet and gave me exactly what I wanted. <3 I will definitely be coming back in the future. She didn't ask me to leave a good review but asked for a review in general to make sure her customers are happy.
