I heard from them with my client she said go with drew but when we went he forward us to someone and this person over charge with very tiny tattoo same like my husband the ink fades so fast my first and last tattoo i regret coz that person too greedy

Wonderful. Marlee was my tattoo artist and not only did the tattoo exceed my expectations but everyone was friendly. Everything was sanitary. This shop is great. There are a handful of incredibly talented artists working here who are masters at their craft. The shop is one of the cleanest and most welcoming I have ever been in (and I've been in ALOT of tattoo shops). All the complaints I've see here are customers who don't know how to act in a tattoo shop. Be professional and respectful of your artist. They know how to do it better than you. It's literally what they do for a living. You can trust everyone here in their opinion of what is going to look and work best for you. They are trying to make sure you leave with the best possible piece of art. Ashley has been doing work for me for years, and I get compliments daily on my tattoos. I've been tattooed in lots of shops in the phoenix area, and this one is by far the best.

I came in to get my first Tattoo, the young person working was annoyed there was others in the lobby, almost like they were too busy for his liking. Asked that I come back in a few hours. I said okay, and I did. When I returned at 430PM, there was 2 artists there, one said he had no time to take me, was rude.. The other lady said she could take me, but would prefer I came back another day. What a horrible energy this place gave off. I'm not sure what kind of work they do, but they are unprofessional to say the least.

I got my tattoo done by Drew on Friday. He did an awesome job with my other tattoo before my memorial tribute. It’s just his attitude was salty, because I bought myself some color inks I wanted for my tribute. I asked it was ok and he told me it was fine. I came and he told me that he didn’t like using the brand I got. Before he started the session, he missed a couple of details. So, I told him what I wanted and he said that it be “hard” to do. I just stood there and stared at him. Then he used some foul language and I didn’t appreciate it. I should’ve walked away, but I’ve been wanting to get this tattoo done. I felt like he got frustrated and went rough doing my tattoo. It’s the last time I’ll let him do any of my future tattoos. Also, next time communicate more with your guest instead of making them feel terrible.
