If you want the best work done come see Blue, He is amazing. And can make the most horrible tattoo look amazing. He's funny and polite and very patient. His skills are the best and prices are great to match. Blue Voodoo and Cody are the best thing that ever happened to this shop!

Went for piercings and was very happy with the process and with the people, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I do have one complaint, which was that a worker was bothering my service dog. But it didn't stop her from doing her job, luckily, and the others were great, so I definitely plan on returning!

I think everyone at Rising Phoenix Tatto Co.. is the totally the best ever they where wonderful big help help big time awesome and the most hottest chick who did the piercing was smoking Hot .. lol just saying .. Ty

Just got my Tattoo done for my birthday 🥳 by rhino 🦏 and it’s sooo beautiful I’m in love with my tattoo I wish I could post a picture also I’m posting 2x on the same post because I can’t do 2 separate reviews iv been here twice I would definitely recommend you coming to this amazing place Came on Valentine’s Day for a cover up and when I walked in they were so friendly and welcoming and the rate was great!!! The owner was soooo amazing I would definitely recommend these beautiful woman what I loved the most is they were woman and made me so Comfortable. Another beautiful tattoo from VoDo wow I’m so impressed with the work she did for me Rhino Antoinnette and now my all time favorite vodo I love my butterflies for my 30th birthday 🥳 I love how light her hand was I could sit with her all day her personality is amazing I love talking to her she put so much into it and I can’t wait to get another one I will never go anywhere else!!!!

I had the best experience walking in on a Saturday looking for abstract line work. Jazz aka Voodoo did an amazing job free sketching the start to my half sleeve pictured below. The atmosphere is welcoming, everyone working there has a great personality + wonderful conversation. -Highly recommend calling ahead if you don't have an appointment booked out. They are very communicative on walk-in availability -Voodoo is amazing ❤️ - I'd encourage anyone looking for new ink to go here!

Emailed, and also called ahead of time for a wedding ring tattoo for my husband and I. We were quoted $80 shop minimum. When we got there it changed to $100 for hands…. For a black band…. Also, I’m assuming we spoke with the owner. He was so rude. And as soon as we decided we were not going to pay that ridiculous price he got ruder and stopped talking to us. Avoid this hole in the wall. It’s filled with scabs.

This place was very clean, professional, and welcoming. I would suggest that you come in with your completed design, because it doesn’t seem like customization is their forte without an appointment.

i have gotten 2 tattoos now from mr. darvy (popz) and both have been very Excellent 🤩🤩🤩 he's a great guy and really helps me get over my pre-tat anxiety! darvy took the time to prepare everything wonderfully and get the placement/sizing perfect, so i'm very pleased with both of the tattoos and the overall cleanliness/environment of the whole shop! everyone there is super chill and knowledgeable, i will be back again soon for sure!

I had my nipples pierced here. The shop was clean, and well decorated. Everyone was very friendly and personable. It was a relaxed environment. As for my piercings, she did a wonderful job. They look great. I’m very happy with the placement. She got it just right. She also got it done quickly. Both piercings were done within, I would say less than 2 minutes. She had a calm vibe which helped keep my nerves down. I highly recommend this shop, and will be going here for all of my future piercing and/or tattoo needs.

Absolutely amazing!! They were all super kind and funny! Voodoo tattooed me and I have a grim reaper with a bong and lighter and it’s incredible! Very clean lines. She also touched up one of my other tattoos and they all took care of me when I fainted and even bought me snacks and gave me water!!

I had an all-around great experience at Rising Phoenix. Everyone there was fun and easy to talk to—and they play some awesome shows on the TV throughout the day. Booking an appointment with them is easy, they’re very clean and organized, and the pricing is fair for the quality of the experience and tattoos. The artist that I got to work with, Darvy(Pops), was very accommodating and was even willing to work outside of the normal hours (thank you again for offering to do that). I was included in nearly every decision in the process and felt really at ease the entire time. Darvy's work is truly incredible, I highly recommend going to him if you’re wanting a high quality piece.

I showed up as a walk in on a Friday while in Phoenix for the night. Darvy did a great job for a great price. They were extremely professional and clean. I enjoyed my time on the chair, Darvy was very easy to talk to and was very careful about lining and shading. Next time I’m in the area I’ll definitely be returning. Looking forward to more chair time. I definitely recommend this place. And you can get a great sandwich from cheeba hut after your session, or a medi card depending on what time you go. Best piece I’ve gotten. Not only was Voodoo(the best artists who did my piece) super talented, but she was kind and very fun to talk to! I walked in with an idea and she exceeded my expectations like completely blew my mind! Fine lines, wonderful details, AND THE LIGHTEST HAND IVE EVER FELT. Darv did my tattoo. I have never had such a gentle tattoo before! He took his time and was really focused on getting the script lined perfectly - which is so appreciated as it is a memoral tattoo. Thank you again!

Very uncleanly. She dropped the ball for my septum piercing onto my lip(which was coated in blood) and then continued to use it. I took it out immediately and even called her back to see if she was sure she pierced it right since the placing was incredibly off. She was very sure she had and told me it was just swelling. When I went to a different piercer and had them check it out they confirmed she had pierced directly through the cartilage and was surprised it hadn’t hurt more. According to the other piercer I saw this shop has a reputation for having sanitation issues.

All the employees here are freaking awesome! Very friendly and very helpful also they have a great sense of humor :) definitely going back here for more tattoos!
