Best customer service hands down, Gilbert went above and beyond to make my aunts bday the best and by that I mean he literally took us in without an appointment when two other shops failed to come through on their commitment and did our tattoos same day all while playing our favorite music as if he knew us individually because music was on point lol I definitely recommend his shop if you want real and genuine people that actually value their customers. If you're looking to get a new tattoo or your first tattoo I highly recommend this tattoo shop. The vibe is wicked cool. My tattooer Niko knew i was starting to get a little nervous considering I haven't gotten a new tattoo in over a decade. Nico was great reassuring light handed and did an amazing job with my tattoo his father also an awesome dude who's very interactive with his clients I cannot say enough good things about this tattoo shop.

My wife and I were looking for a place to get a few piercings. After reading some reviews of some places around the area the reviews for Westside Tattoo seemed like some of the best ones so we decided to go here. Needless to say, this place was excellent. Clean area, clean tools, sterilized needles and the works. Gilbert was extremely nice and you could tell he knew what he was doing. The piercings didn't hurt one bit (ear cartilage for me) and it was super quick. On top of that Gilbert was incredibly friendly and made sure we had a nice time while we were there. Thanks a ton for the incredible customer service!
