Came here with my fiancé as walk-ins on a Saturday night and they were able to take us. Store was super clean and easy to access. The front desk girl was really sweet and Holly was fantastic. She was quick, extremely nice and the tattoo turned out better than I could’ve imagined. Drake did my fiancé’s tattoo and he was great as well. Will definitely be back to get some other work done!

I tried to get an appointment at this place for a week. I left multiple messages and they never answered. I finally got a hold of one of the ladies on the phone and she told me she couldn’t talk because the lobby was full and that she would call me back. She never did. I called more and more only for them to tell me that I am able to walk in and get one. After I walked it they said they they are appointment only and that the other locations do walk ins. I called the other location and they said they don’t do it either. I am so annoyed.

Extremely professional shop with 2 locations in the Phoenix metro area. Personable, professional, and mind-blowing artistry. I provided the owner/artist, Jason, with a photo of my black pug and asked that he turn him into a religious icon. With no other direction or feedback, he designed this phenomenal tattoo that I love nearly as much as the pug himself. Jason followed my lead re when I wanted to chat for the sake of distraction and when I needed to silently focus. Remarkable experience. Incredible tattoo. I’ll definitely be back. CAUTION: Make an appointment. Their artists are in high demand.

Beautiful and clean shop. All of the artists do fantastic work. My artist was Bob and he was super nice and did a great job on my tattoo. The state of Arizona hardly regulates tattoo parlors, which is kind of terrifying, but golden rule goes well above and beyond industry and state regulations including medical covers for where your tattoo is performed, portioned inks for each customer prior to tattooing, bloodborne pathogen and sterilization training, and so on. Prices are also very fair and was a great experience here. Will definitely be going back. They're #1 in Arizona for a reason. There is no bare minimum done here in anything they do.
