I’ve been here a couple times and alot of my friends have been here too. This is a family tattoo shop. Great atmosphere with dope artist. Bingo n Efrain been blasting me since I was 18. Once I saw they had Jubel hanging up on the wall I knew I found my place. I would never switch artist. This is home.

Had to come down to this shop three times in ATTEMPT to get a tattoo. The first time they said we could wait outside (because the shop was crowded) and that they would call/text us when they were ready... They never did. We ended up going in to the shop to check in after several hours of waiting to find the artist had left. The third time we came to the shop (due to a scheduled appointment) a vague and misspelled sign was left on the door saying that "tomorrow the shop will be closed" with no indication of dates or even the day of the week. All in all we wasted a lot of gas, energy, and time trying to get my partner and I tattooed with no professionalism or kindness being returned. The phone numbers that the owner provided to us always had a full voicemail box and messages weren't answered. In the end we were just hoping for a refund, but we weren't able to get our money refunded either. I would definetly suggest going to another shop for events like Friday the 13th.

great deal for friday the 13th! Honestly the owner got back to my super super fast about my prepared friday the 13th tattoo. The only reason I rate it a 3 is because my appointment time was 3 but i didn’t get in until 4:45 not that big of a deal to wait but by the time it was my turn the tattoo artist was tired and did not want to do anymore tattoos. he rushed through my tattoo and said he ran out of right needle to touch it up. I just felt super rushed. He did offer to touch it up and fix it for free another time I just don’t live anywhere close so I didn’t. overall it was fine. here’s before i touched it up.

Efron was amazing. He is personable, friendly and cares about his art. His line work is impeccable!! Extremely satisfied and I fully intend on returning to have him do more for me in the future!

Prepaid for the Friday 13th event, they never called me back & I got robbed 20$. Never again.

Went in for the Friday the 13th tattoo special, paid $110 for a custom tattoo. Artist said he wanted an extra $40 tip on top of that because the piece I chose has more blacked out areas, no problem. Immediately after leaving you can tell the lines were terrible. A couple weeks of healing later. The “blacked out areas” are already fading. I got a smaller tattoo as well which is already fading as well on part of it. Wouldn’t return.

We came in for the Friday the 13th Special and left with multiple new pieces because he was so willing to work with us. Highly, highly recommend. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Vinny!

I prepaid for a Friday the 13th appointment and was able to book at my convenience. The shop was clean, especially the awesome white half-circle couch. Bingo did my tattoo and it came out great. Everyone was very friendly.....they really hooked it up! Going back to get color when I get a chance. Edit: Went back in for the color. Vinny did an excellent job. He was thorough, professional, and very friendly. All around great experience. I'll definitely be back to get touch ups and more pieces!

I'm really sad to have to even write this, but unfortunately this is definitely not a good experience. I prepaid for multiple Friday the 13th tattoos, but after trying multiple times to reach out and set and appointment or make arrangements of some kind to get them done, I've got nothing. I was really hoping for much better, since I wanted a tattoo on the 13th but had to work so it just wasn't feasible to do that day. So when they stated they had this special allowing people to get their tattoos through the end of the month if they prepaid, I was ALL for it. Especially after reading lots of good reviews about the artists. I'm a pretty patient and understanding person and figured that because of this promotion, it's probably crazy busy, but eventually someone would get back to me. But nope. If you're looking to get a tattoo from here, I just wouldn't recommend prepaying through this promotion, because I feel like I just got scammed/cheated out of nearly $100. Should have known this deal was too good to be true. I'm sure the artists are as good as others have reported and that if you're actually able to get the service you pay for, this place is good, but this Friday the 13th promotion is not at all well executed. I really just wanted my tattoos 😢.

Good: clean studio, pricing, and friendly staff Improvement: time management, staffing, response to clients and client preparation Would I go back? For flash yes, but I'll go elsewhere for a big piece. I'll start with the good. Prepaid for a Friday the 13th tattoo which was nice to come back another day where you don't have to wait in a long line. Studio was clean and the staff was really friendly along with making sure you get what you want. Wife and I did flash tattoos for $40 each and happy with the results. Here is where some improvements needed. They were unresponsive to their calls and texts so my wife came in on a Tuesday to schedule our flash tattoos and said to come back at 11am Thursday for an appointment. Came in on Thursday and asked if we had an appointment and the manager didn't pull up any sort of calendar then waiting 90 minutes. More clients come in with similar stories and realized THEY DON'T HAVE ANY SORT OF SCHEDULING SYSTEM. While waiting in the lobby the manager stated how one or two employees flat out didn't show up. I get stuff happens but based on previous reviews this is a chronic problem. People call out so implementing an on-call rotation could help with big events like this. Something small, I wish we would have known to have an outline ready meaning it is a picture of what we wanted on a plain background and not on a person. Ultimately, the lack of scheduling and time management is what is hurting the business.

They pushed a scheduled appointment back back hours. The owner was rude in multiple occasions. At one point, after asking for a potential refund instead of waiting, told I’ll get what I get or I’ll get nothing. Was told the wait was 45 minutes and never heard a thing again. I did not get a tattoo but I did pay. Shady business practices and I am ashamed to have helped keep them afloat. Don’t waste your time, money, or energy with this character.

They are never on time. Their artists constantly don’t show up and have people starting their appointment hours after it was suppose to happen. They can get a whole day behind on appointments. They do not respect your time. I understand protecting your skill but you cannot act as thought you are gods and we must bow to you because we are coming to you for a tattoo. There is no reason for the owner to be as rude as he was. After I paid and my appointment was pushed back I was told “I could get nothing or come with a smile on my face and get a tattoo.”

The guy that tattooed ghost face on my chest was a nice person to chat with. I definitely will be coming back for more

Efran was AMAZING! He did this beautiful memorial today of my cat that passed away recently. I went there not knowing what I really wanted and was going to settle on something that I really didn't want. On a whim, I showed him a sketch of what I truly wanted and he made it happen. I absolutely love it!!!♥️Y'all Thank you so much!
