Got a half sleeve Kyle was my artist and he truly went above and beyond. I wasn't just another client to him he took the time and effort to make sure the design and end result was what I wanted. He was also super nice and personal which was great.

The best experience!!! All 6 of us obnoxiously walked in there and wanted last minute tattoos for our bachelorette trip and we were welcomed with open arms! Came in this morning to get my nipples and dermals done and staff was very nice and welcoming. Nic who did my friend and I piercings was the absolute best. Very professional and very clean. I’ve been getting pierced since I was 15 and he was the quickest piercer I’ve ever had. Piercings are so symmetrical and he was very reassuring the whole time. I will definitely be coming back here from now on!

She perfectly placed my tattoo on my arm to match my anatomy and design- her line work is *chefs kiss* CLEAN (she’ll double/triple check to make sure everything looks perfect), she’s a calm/professional/pleasant individual, and she loves being creative. Super disappointed in the staff! When I asked if they had military discounts, I was told that although it's not just for active duty, they will not give a discount to spouses... aparently women can't be retired military??? The conversations in front of customers just seemed inappropriate, talking about other staff members at other locations, and the girl at the front wasn't trained yet so it took time.

I got Zach as my piercer he did my twin sister and I. He did my vertical labret and septum, he did such an amazing job they are perfect and straight! He did a double nostril piercing on my twin sister and they look hella dope! He was also super duper nice and made sure we were comfortable the whole time! I would go back in a heartbeat for him to pierce me again!

Staff at this location is very confrontational. The piercer on 12/21 at 1:40pm made it clear he didn't want to pierce and was feeling lazy. He didn't even try to accommodate for switching from a stud to hoop and the hoop I brought in he took quick look at it and said "oh it won't fit". I was told by staff at this same location that 3 months in I could switch to a hoop. With the store manager there she didn't do anything as well except smile and look pretty. Asked for owner contact and was denied any "higher ups information" and was offered some headquarters email. Policy changes every time and now it's 5-6 months for switching out a piercing because "he didn't feel comfortable" and said "I have been doing this for 21 years". Plaid is his name and make sure he doesn't get anywhere near you with extremely bad breath and lackadaisical work ethic. I have spent thousands of dollars at club tattoo and they don't even care about you. Please do not waste your time and go to this location. It was honestly a joke walking in there lasted 5 mins of interaction of just being denied.
