Next Level Studio is the only place we trust for tattooing. Manual Flowers is the owner and the artist we have had the privilege of working with. Manual has done a few different pieces for my husband and myself. He is always up for creating a unique and meaningful piece. His artistry is unmatched. His lines are unbelievably crisp, clean, and straight. He takes pride in his work, and it shows. Manual and his shop have won innumerable awards, and deservingly so. If you're looking for a HIGHLY skilled tattoo artist, who will make sure you love & are completely happy with your piece before he ever starts the needle, look no further.

Walked into the shop for a quick walk-in tattoo. The shop was empty, and no one came to greet me, but in the back room I could hear someone, who I assumed to be the owner, berating his female staff member and asking her some deeply personal questions. I was shocked and frozen in place, listening to this audible train wreck. I thought it was abhorrently unprofessional, some of the things he pressured her on. What a tool. I did end up getting a tattoo by her, which was a great experience, but the competing music sources across the studio was pretty fucking annoying. I’m happy with the tattoo and the conversation during, but wow, Next Level Studio has some deep-rooted issues and some palpable bad energy and a boss worth walking out on.

Armando was my artist and he was amazing! Personable, a light hand, checked in through the whole process to make sure it was what I was envisioning. I have had 15 tattoos from various artists around the country prior to this one (I'm running out of real estate 😂) and he will be doing all of my future tattoos!

Next Level Studio has some of the best artists. My artist Naomi is the best. I love her beautiful writing, clean line work and beautiful pieces. She does very good shading and color work.They are all so nice the shop and work spaces are clean. They are the best. I refer them any chance I get.

I had the most wonderful experience here! He absolutely came through for me. He coordinated on an idea of mine online in 2017, since I live abroad. Since it was my grandfathers art, the perfect result was very important to me, and Manuel understood that from the start. I only had a small window to get an appointment and he didn’t shy away to make it happen and worked through the night. I was very new to getting tattooed so this was quite the size, but he talked me through everything, made me feel very safe and after 7 hours we had the perfect result. 2 years later I wanted some small additions to this piece and also a touch up on another artists piece, both of which he did a great job on (again on a small time frame). Even my dad who isn’t the biggest fan of any kind of body art came by and was super happy and relaxed after, because he realized how professional Manuel works, and how responsible this place is (he is a girls dad as well after all). So I can recommend this place to anyone, first timers or pros - he will make your idea into art.

Naomi is my go to girl! I’ve been pierced and tatted from her. Extremely knowledgeable in both fronts. She always hits the mark and more. Can’t wait to come and see her again soon and work more on our sleeve!

I’ve been seeing the artists at Next Level Studio for a number of years now. This shop is very clean, open, and modern looking. They have artists with specialties in pretty much every category. Highly recommended artists. For larger pieces, be sure to set up an appointment in advance. They do great walk-in work as well. I’ve sent a number of friends here, and all of them have great things to say as well. Manuel Flowers (owner/artist) is one of the best tattoo artists I've seen. His photo-realism work is uncanny! He loves comic book characters and tattooing them on his clients is a real forté. He charges reasonable prices, and occasionally offers deals. He is very active in tattoo circles, and his own community. Highly recommended shop!

My first tattoo I was a little nervous but I went ahead and got a little cross on my hand. The guy who did it was very nice and informative. I got a cross tattoo on my hand and I did not move when he was doing it. It’s now a couple weeks later and I know it’s still healing but it looks kinda choppy. I don’t know if it’s because it isn’t healed all the way but the lines aren’t that straight. I was visiting Arizona and I am in Illinois so it’s not like I can go in for a touch up. Hopefully when it heals it will be awesome! Thanks for the tattoo and I love the vibe of the place!!!

Got a tattoo by Mando about 6 months ago, he got back to me very quickly after submitting a request on their website. Really professional and priced very reasonably. Clean lines, love it! Went back and got my ears pierced, very easy and relaxed process. Had such a good experience that I referred my boyfriend. He just got home and his tattoo looks amazing! All the suggestions on the designs that Mando made really made the piece even better and he loves it. He also had a really good experience with Mando and the staff. 10/10 recommend, definitely have our go to artist now! Thanks Next Level!

One of the best artist I’ve ever met. I came in for a tattoo and walked out with two. This will be my permanent tattoo shop from now on. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. Very good artist. Emanuel Flowers did an amazing job on my back. I’m the happiest person in the world.

If you want quality and attention to detail Next Level is the place to go. I would never let anyone else do my tattoo. You know going in you will get exactly what you want except it will be better than you can imagine.

If I could give this place a 10, I would!!! Had nothing be great experiences every time I went in. Manuel is hands down the best artist, he really listens to what you have to say and he definitely killed every tattoo I got from him! The shop was always so clean and professional every time I went in. If you ever need a bomb tattoo with a great atmosphere, this is your place!!! I took many years to find a tattooist who had the skill level to bring my ideas for a tattoo sleeve to life. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I booked an appointment with Manuel Flowers to begin my tattoo sleeve. Manuel has been utterly professional during this process and the work is spectacular. The other tattooists and piercers at the shop are super nice and I'm always comfortable when I'm there. During a particularly long session, the apprentice Larae even went to get me a couple gatorades and a sandwich so we could continue the tattoo. I'm incredibly grateful for Next Level Studio and look forward to getting more work in the future.

Armando “Mando” Valtierra! That’s my tattoo artist! Figured I start with that cause my tattoo came out amazing, and y’all need to check this genius out! I gave Mando creative control over my tattoo and just gave him the concept/meaning I wanted and some references and bam, he created this. This was probably the best way to go. All the artists and staff at the studio loved it. The the studio owner was impressed. I’m really happy! All my friends loved it. All strangers loves it. Manuel is the cream of the crop when it comes to Tattoo artists. He takes his time with every single detail and makes you feel comfortable the whole way through! The amount of compliments that I have gotten on my sleeves attention to detail is insane. If you want a tattoo done right and well thought through, Manuel is your guy. Hands down best artist around.

Manuel was very professional and coming from a nurses perspective he kept his place clean, the piercing area was cleaned between each client thoroughly. Manuel kept his tools sterile the entirety of both my piercing and my friends piercing. We appreciated him immensely, thank you for making my birthday experience perfect!
