We happened to stumble upon Modern Art Tattoo and Kayden when I had family in from out of town who wanted to get tattoos while visiting. I couldn’t be happier that we did. Kayden is AMAZING!! His work is phenomenal and his attention to detail is unrivaled. (His personality is pretty good too.) He definitely enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. He’s willing to go above and beyond to ensure the work he does is not only what his customers want, but that it also meets his own very high standards. Kayden- you now have 6 new lifetime customers, probably 7 once my husband sees the amazing job you’ve done on my tattoo. BEST TATTOO SHOP! I originally got my first tattoo at a different shop downtown and had the worst experience. The tattoo was nothing like the design I went in with, all of the proportions were off, he added some details that weren’t naturally correct with that flower, not to mention I was COMPLETELY overcharged! I felt burned by the experience and didn’t think I’d want a tattoo again. I went to Modern Art with some friends and ended up coming back the next night to have my year old tattoo fixed. Kayden is amazing!! Not only was he so nice and welcoming, he is so talented. I didn’t even think this tattoo could have been added to/fixed but he did it seamlessly, and I am soooo happy with it! He is truly an artist. This shop has excellent customer service, pricing, and extremely talented artists! I will be returning!

Horrible experience. Signed up for Friday 13th waited over 4 hours to find out at 1030pm they were 20 people away from me and NO LONGER going to work till midnight. They said they would honor for anyone who was signed up at the time Saturday and/or Sunday and never followed thru. I went Saturday morning to be told there are still 50 people in front of me. Which seems weird when the night before there were only 20. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
