An artist at this business did an absolutely incredible job working with me on a keloid scar that I wanted disguised. The artist was very kind and gentle and talented, and I am eternally thankful for their service. Totally worth your time to go here.

Don't often leave reviews, but no doubt Brainstorm is the best around. Super professional & the artists are all top notch.

this is NOT the place to be pierced. i have seen an incredible amount of sheas piercings have to be fixed. she will tell you the jewelry is titanium but it starts to turn green and cause infection quickly. she pierces with too short of jewelry a lot of the time or hoops which keloid quickly. please find a piercer who is educated in human anatomy….. trust me save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I went to Shea for a septum piercing. The first time she tried it, she said it was crooked. She stuck me a second time, and she said it was still crooked. It hurt so bad both times, I was bleeding a good amount, and the needle sat in my nose for a long time both times. I finally said that I just wanted to go home. She would have tried to pierce my septum a third time in the span of 45 minutes. This seems sketchy and unprofessional to me. She also tried to give me another free piercing, but I was over it at that point. I will say, at least she didn’t send me home with a crooked piercing, and at least she was honest. She was also friendly the whole time and gave me a coupon for two free piercings or $140 worth of jewelry. Long story short, I’m takin’ the jewelry.

Good luck with this place. The artist wouldn't even see me. They immediately refused to work on a touch up for me or discuss it. I had planned to do more work and have some additional pieces done but they weren't interested, at all. I asked why they would turn down work and they just said they were too busy. Extremely rude, very bad experience. Would not recommend.

I got my belly button pierced here by Shea. She was so kind and helpful! It barely hurt. I had tried to get it pierced at another place and they told me they couldn’t do it because there ‘wasn’t enough skin.’ but Shea did it perfectly and quickly!! Barely even a pinch. She has been so helpful during the healing process and answers any and all questions I have. It is much appreciated. She is amazing! I recommend her and the shop highly. ❤️

Appointment necessary and they seemed to run a tad behind schedule. Very nice staff and excellent piercer. My daith piercing was *almost* painless! A bit on the pricey side, but they take good care of you.

I give this place a 5 out of 5!! I went in to get an opinion on a piercing I had gotten, Shea was very honest but at the same time wasn’t rude ab it. She could tell I was very upset, but by time I left there she had me smiling ear to ear & so very satisfied with my conch piercing. She was so very sweet. I could not possibly explain how awesome & kind she is. I will def be back for more piercings!!! The people there were very friendly & it was a real clean environment. 🙂

Jessica was a skilled piercing technician, she made the whole process enjoyably from start to finish! The piercing barely hurt, I would recommend her to any friends

Judd was really nice. He was very quick and skilled. I came in from Texas to visit a friend but I'm glad I trusted her judgement taking me here.

I went here for ear piercings with my friend and was told upon arrival that we would have to wait 10 minutes. Yeah. AN HOUR AND 10 MINUTES! The person ahead of us took 30+ minutes alone. I have no clue what took so long, but we left without even getting piercings, and so did the other person who was waiting. Very upset with the service since no one told us anything about the wait and didn’t keep us updated.

Got my nose piercing here and omg!!!! I’m coming back to shaea she’s so nice and did an amazing job! Really recommend her. The people were nice and was really clean and nice in there

Shea pierced my nose and was super friendly, super clean, and super professional. It was quick and easy and I’ll go back for all my piercings!

Went here to get a belly button piercing which took like 30 seconds to get and was in and out within 90 seconds. The only problem is I waited 3 HOURS to get the piercing when I was the only person there getting a piercing. (As the piercers and tattoo artists are separate people). We had to keep going to the counter multiple times before they finally brought me back. It was overly ridiculous and would not recommend this place for piercings.

In and out in less than 2 hours from drawing to bandage. Smooth and easy. Stand up shop!

These guys are awesome! Had an idea for a tat and the artist put a nice design to it. Very satisfied, very happy with the end result
