Wow. Really wanted to get a tattoo here but guess I can’t. Don’t understand how you have an walk-ins welcome sign but then tell me 2-16 in advance for a cover up. Like literally my tattoo so darn small. Definitely feel like the customer service could’ve been better, but hey it is what it is.

While in a hurry myself, I patiently stood in line while the employee showed (countertop) all the array of peirced jewelry they have, the customer ended up buying nothing. I walk up to the counter and tell her what I'm looking for. She simply stated we don't have that but you can look at our selection from the glass because I have to go tattoo someone and walked away. This customer experience left a taste that has me never returning to attempt to do business here or to refer anyone. Especially after seeing her take her time with the previous potential customer.
