Less stars because of so many strict rules and bad parking. Parking is across the street at bank of america, proceed with caution look both ways to avoid getting hit by incoming traffic. If under 18 you can forget about it. Even if with a parent they'll refuse to do your work. They do no face, neck, nor cover ups tattos. They dont allow you to bring anyone back with you. This place has so many rules i couldn't tell if it was a tattoo shop or a freaking preschool.
