SCAM & FRAUD The worst place to go. Mike will over charge you for more than what he quotes and lies afterward. He is a compulsive liar. I was charged $1160 for a tattoo that was originally quoted from 400-600. He never mentioned his hourly rate until charge me $650 for the second session. If you get a tattoo with the, you will be stuck there all day because he takes so many breaks And He will still charge you by the hour. (I have proof of all the breaks he took) And when you question about his brakes he denies that he even took that many breaks. He will take 30 to 50 minute breaks every hour on a 6-hour session tattoo. DO NOT GET STUCK WITH THIS MAN! HE IS A SCAM ARTIST! Also, his timing is very unprofessional. He was schedule you for whatever time and still have you waiting for a whole hour in the lobby and he will still charge you for it! After i questioned him about the charges he forgot that he even charged me the last time and then came up with a lie and said he charges by the hour and he NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT HOURLY RATE!!! He could care less about finishing up my tattoo that's not even finished! All he cared about was the money!!!

Apex is a very clean and professional studio! Men owned but very women friendly! Me, my girlfriend and her daughter all got our tattoos here and the whole experience felt safe and professional and fun. I’m not sure if it’s his name but I think he goes by mumbles did all three of our tattoos and he did an amazing job on all three. We will definitely be going back here for more work!

I went here on a Sunday as a walk in and Mumbles Mike got me in within the next hour. I went with a friend and wasn't planning on getting a tattoo, but you know how that goes... I had no idea what or where I wanted the tattoo. I rambled out some ideas, and Mike was able to get a beautiful piece drawn up for me. He doesn't talk much during the session because he is so focused on his work, but he does an amazing job. If I had any complaint at all it would be that we took a break midsession, but he did have a good reason to take the break. I would 10/10 recommend Apex Tattoo, a clean shop, with good people, and amazing work!!!
