I had an appointment to get my daughters ears pierced. Bruce had a stomach ache which was understandable but he said he was going to do pierce them for free and now he's not even responding. I'm just disappointed because this place has good reviews.

I called mid day Monday morning asking if I can get my grandmas handwriting tattooed on me for her 2 year anniversary. The lady on the phone said absolutely come by after 3:30 and ask for Jacque. So I came around 4pm asked for Jacque - she gave me a price and said to come back in 30 because she had two people in front of me. Once I returned she was ready and was the absolute kindest person - very soft spoken and made my experience amazing. She was quick and efficient. The tattoo I know have on my side is my favorite and all I can do is thank her for making it happen. Will 1000% be coming back for future pieces. Absolutely phenomenal.

Both artists are professional, quick to reply and make scheduling simple, they’re flexible! Tony is vibrant and can make even the most nervous client comfortable and the same goes for Alyssa! The first time I went to this tattoo parlor was for a flash special. @sweetnsauer_tattoo was awesome! She did a beautiful anatomical heart. Months later I contacted her to do a memorial piece for my dad.. also came out great! She got me in fairly quickly and was patient with me even though I was running late. She is friendly, patient and very professional. I also got a small script addition from @jacquestarrattoos. She is also friendly and easy going Highly recommend

Bruce was positive and extremely knowledgeable in explaining why it may have happened in the past as well as gave clear, detailed instructions on how to keep it clean and what not to do.
