If you are looking to get water mark tattoos, Dylan in the absolute best. I really wanted mine to be super colorful, but every other shop I asked said I could only have 2 or 3 colors when I really wanted 6! Dylan was able to put all of the colors I wanted and blended them perfectly! 10/10 definitely recommend Dylan for any water mark tattoos
