Got a tattoo cover up and within a few months it looked really old and faded the artist said she did it light shading blah blah because that was her choice not once did she ask me what I wanted or if I wanted a light or dark shade I am a dark skin girl so it would have been nice now im stuck with a horribly faded tattoo and to think she thought I would reschedule and go back to her after this and pay when it should have been done right the first time my fault tho for not doing my research it’s obvious she’s not used to tattooing black skin what a waste of money. Elle was really nice but that doesn’t change my horrible tattoo SMH

By far one of the best tattoo shops I've been to. I drive all the way from Ventura County to have my work done by Casper. In my opinion he is a great artist. He has a soft hand which is good. He doesn't leave scaring, like I've gotten in the past.The staff is super friendly, clean, and a nice environment all around. The owner Jay is so down to Earth.

I called the shop the other day to discuss a tattoo for my daughter. When I gave a description and said it will be black and gray his answers were very short. He was not interested in talking you could tell? When I asked who specializes in Black and gray "they all do everything" okay are there any pictures? "Yeah I think online" I looked online and all artists have portfolios? I had to contact the owner to tell him my experience and no response. I have been in business 20+ years and this was poor service all around. I would not reccomend them to anyone and will spread the word. I can only assume they have to much business or poor training.
