Got tattoo'd by Sergio - his work is amazing and everyone at the shop was super kind and personable. The shop was clean and professional as well. Got some cover up work done (and then some) and it looks FANTASTIC. Such a confidence builder. Sergio is an amazing artist. I'd definitely go back for more work.

Great atmosphere and great artists! They also work faster than any artist I have ever had work done by and I always appreciate a fast artist who still maintains high quality work. Highly recommend!

Working with Tim and Jess was amazing! I was able to get scheduled easily. This was my first tattoo and I was pretty nervous. Jess walked me through everything, got my pics and design ideas. When I showed up on the day, Tim had my design all ready and it was better than I could have ever imagined! We made a couple of tweaks and got started. Tim is an amazing artist and all around good dude. We chatted through out the work and worked with me through the painful areas!

I had been waiting to get a tattoo from Tim since late 2019. I was finally able to make that dream a reality last month. What a lovely experience. I arrived right on time to my appointment and Tim had 7 or 8 different abstract designs ready to go. He helped me, someone who is extremely prone to decision-paralysis, work through my thoughts on each design and identify what I liked most and helped me vocalize my favorite option. The process was a snap, 4ish hours altogether for nearly my full forearm. Tim was kind, thoughtful, and a consummate professional in every sense of the term. Tim and the rest of the team at Abxtract were extremely kind to me all day, chatting and keeping me not focused on the actual tattooing and just keeping my spirit high. I'm over the moon with the tattoo we settled on and while we're still in the middle of the healing process, it's clear that I received a beautiful, well-designed piece of art that will live on me forever. Cannot thank Tim enough for his hard work. I love it.

Had a great experience at Abxtract. The shop is really spacious, comfortable and modern. The team is very mellow and low ego. Wait time between booking and execution was pretty minimal. Very easy location to get to with plenty of lot parking. Tim had a great tattoo concept ready for me on arrival with pretty minimal direction on my part. I've been to many tattoo shops and would definitely recommend and visit Abxtract again.

I had visited LA for work multiple times in the last year and wanted something LA iconic as my work was coming to a close. Scheduling was a breeze and Cihan was my artist. We had a great consult and he gave great advice. The studio is clean, fun and has a great vibe. This is my sixth tattoo and by far my favorite experience. Will be back one more time in September and I will be back for another!!

Great experience! Customer service friendly! Very attentive. My artist name was Sergio. He did an excellent job with the details on my neck touch-up tattoo. Overall, he seems like a very compassionate and good-hearted individual. I want to thank him and his friend who were at the shop that night when I lost my personal belonging. Just receiving help inside and outside of the shop meant the world to me. I appreciate you both. I almost regret not having my other tattoo touched up from here. Lol. I will definitely pay another visit sometime in the future

So, I rarely come on here to write reviews, but I was very happy with my tattoo session with Tim that I just had to write my own. I had an unfinished tattoo sleeve from another artist who I no longer wished to go to for personal reasons and was concerned to find someone who'd be able to creatively finish/expand it. Additionally, I wanted to find someone who is queer-friendly, which was very important to me. From the beginning, Tim was eager to take on the project and showed a lot of care, respect, and genuine concern over client experiences in tattoo shops. This was evident the moment I stepped into the shop. I'm quite open with artists who wish to embrace their artistic vision if it means the final product will look excellent, and this was a great match with Tim. I loved how prompt the service was. Tim was prepared and had the conceptual elements all mapped prior to the session. We went straight to work and he covered a lot of ground in a short time span (3-4 hours). Great conversations and concentration moments. Overall, just a very smooth and great experience. And GREAT price for the quality! This is, by far, one of the best (or the best) tattoo shops with the most welcoming environment. If you are queer, LGBTQ+ or from marginalized spaces, this is a great place to check out! I will add my pics once the sleeve is fully complete.

Tim’s work is amazing! I came across Abxtract Tattoo online and fell in love with the work. As it was my first tattoo, Tim was calm and patient and distracted me when he was working in more sensitive areas. It was the best experience. The shop is super clean, and everyone there was fun and positive. I have been stopped by so many people asking who did it and where. It was worth the trip from Seattle!

Sergio is an incredibly talented artist. He did this in less than an hour! He also was receptive to my asks about positioning and colors. Really enjoyed getting tatted by him. I’m ready to get more from him.

Tim and everyone at Abxtract are fabulous and I followed Tim's work on instagram for many months before flying in from Dallas to sit for a tattoo. Tim's design was unique and suited me perfectly. I was amazed at how quickly he worked. The shop is clean and comfortable and I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a tattoo.

Amazing! I got a recommendation by a friend of a friend and don't regret nothing! People are super friendly and the studio is nice and clean. If you like watercolor and abstract work, this is your No. One adress! I got my very special souvenir here, my artist was super nice, calm and took his time, even though I had some special wishes and we had to do some adjustments to the work planned before. I will come back, that's for sure!
