Erick is awesome. He’s a talented artist and he really made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed talking to him and the whole vibe of the shop. I’m from out of state but whenever I come back to LA I’m coming to Balam 🫶🏼 Also the shop does say open 24hr but it’s by appointment only. Meaning if you want to come in at 2am, 3am, 4am for a tattoo you can, you just have to make an appointment for it :) Thank you for everything!!!

This company is really unprofessional, a friend and I had got a tattoo the night before and accidentally paid them twice for there service. They refused to answer the phone, send payment back or open the door when we came back to the shop. Very unhappy with this mind you a personal friend of ours had died the day before and we went to honor them at this place

I went to get a tattoo of video game, that I play a lot. It came out perfect. Thank you. I very much appreciate the tattoo. I got it almost a year ago. It still looks as cool since when I got it.

Friendly and welcoming environment. My tattoo artist Balam was very sanitary. He made sure at all times to keep his area and hands clean. He made sure I was always in a comfortable state. I would recommend anyone to visit them and get their art work done by them. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well.

Got my first tattoo here and it turned out awesome! Great attention to detail and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Shout out to Balam for an awesome experience and I'll definitely keep coming back for my next one.

I can’t speak to the tattoo service but getting a piercing changed out here was just a bizarre & unsanitary experience. Moving past that they forgot I had an appointment, my artist was shirtless & proceeded to squeeze a piercing bump (without asking permission or warning me) on a helix and then slathering it in Vaseline. The site is now looking & feeling much worse days later. Truly not worth it edit: i also just realized the piercer did not return the $40 piece of jewelry he took out of my ear so…

Super quick and friendly service AND very useful info as a first timer getting my ear lobes pierced. Definitely the place to go for a reasonably priced and positive experience. Def heading back!

I would definitely recommend going here for piercings! I got my industrial done and it was quick and easy. A new, sterile needle was used and the industrial bar was long enough to leave room for cleaning the area. The piercer was super nice and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. Being open 24 hours was also very helpful because I got my piercing done at 12:30 am and other places weren’t open at the time. I was worried no place would be open but luckily this was a place I could walk into at a time like that and get the experience I wanted! 10/10 :)

It was great! I just got my earlobes pierced at 12:30 AM, and it went super well. It was quick, professionally done, and overall a good experience! The staff was also nice, skilled, and very helpful. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place for piercings!

24 hours yeah sure whatever I came today to try to get a piercing done lights off studio closed call for appointment sign said and when I call no answer voicemail box not set up

Gerick was awesome, greated me, nade me feel welcomed, answered my questions, made suggestions and was respectful and mindful of what i wanted. was also respectful during the process and made small talk. bonus was when he noticed the stencil transfered over and it was a bit curved on the bottom stated that he would redo it i took advantage and asked him to lower it a bit too he was happy to make the accommodations for me. that attention to detail was why i stayed and is why i would go back.

Had us waiting at the front desk for nearly 30 minutes. Unprofessional, and rude with no communication skills. First if of all couldn't even express the dangers of doing certain piercings on pregnant women, then couldn't even explain what other options were available. SMDH. Waste of time.
