Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had to walk out of my appointment and go home because Surla was completely unprepared for my session and didn't even read what I had requested. This was a piece for my dog who recently died (she never even said "sorry"), and it was the highlight of a very difficult two weeks of grieving. I took the full day off work, prepped with diet. I was SO excited. And it completely wasted my day.
