I went to get lettering done by the artist, Steven, today. I highly recommend him and his shop for your next tattoo! He’s professional, his shop is clean, front end is always a pleasure to talk to, and I didn’t feel uncomfortable one bit. AND his work was cleaaaaaaan and precise! I wanted to give a shout out to Mayor! He was more than willing to do walk-ins for my siblings and myself. He did very fine and detailed line work and they all came out beautiful. The customer service was top notch, the artists were very friendly and informative, and the music selection is great too. The shop is quaint but very clean. Even how they prepare the needles and the stations for the next customer is very sanitary. I appreciate that aspect the most in a tattoo shop. We will continue to give this shop our business!

Steven and his crew were awesome. Very clean and professional and I feel they went out of their way to take care of us. My sons and I wanted to get a bonding tattoo and I have to say I did not have high hopes of finding a place I would be comfortable with since this was my first tattoo and I had so many “mom” biases. I was a bit nervous to say the least but Steven had that calm air about him that made it easy to watch my boys get their tattoos and then get mine (yes, I made them go first - ha). Despite the foot being a sensitive area to get ink, Steven stayed focused and did not jump when my leg twitched a couple times. He also had a rhythmic way of holding my foot firm before touching me with the needles which made the whole process smoother. This may be the only tattoo I get in my life, but if I get more I will be sure to give him a call!

What makes it even better is that Steven does outstanding work. Lines are crisp and shading flawless. Steven is a true artist and is able to tattoo all different styles, but I was looking for an artist who was passionate and respected the history of the Traditional Tattoo. Steven possessed that passion and respect. If you are looking for that "old school" traditional style tattoo, you have to go to Sea Wolf Tattoo.
