The staff here are very professional and the environment is super clean, their artwork is amazing and they are all super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t find a better place to get a tattoo. We were in the area from out of state for vacation and able to schedule (and reschedule!) appointments for matching tattoos, with short notice. Everyone we spoke to or met was very nice and professional. The shop itself was kept clean and everyone was wearing masks. Although our requested work was basic and small, they still treated us with respect and gratitude, and did the work as desired. Overall a great experience - we're glad our random selection landing on PB Tattoo!

Had booked a tattoo appointment, and when i showed up the artist was running an hour late! he seemed surprised that i showed up on time because he had contacted me 15 minutes before my appointment to let me know, however i had to get there much more than 15 minutes prior to appointment time. not only that, but not a single person, artist or client, was wearing a mask inside the shop! long after masks had become mandatory in san diego. i left and cancelled my appointment. don’t think i will ever try to get tattooed there again.
