Awesome place for your first or your 36th tattoo! Everyone here is friendly and kind. The vibe inside just feels right and warm without tension or negativity. I had the honor of working with Sandi for my fiancé's first tattoo and Sandi was so sweet to us. She took care of us and did a beautiful job. This is hands down the best tattoo spot! The facility is super clean and the staff is amazing. It's very easy to make an appointment and they make all the paperwork digital. The owner, Damian, is super nice and is also a great artist. He will really work with you and your idea to make it come to fruition. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to get a tattoo.

I got three tattoo sessions done here and I was very happy every time. The tattoos are top-notch. Sandi was our tattoo artist and she was so so incredibly kind and warm. Didn’t feel welcomed … I’m not sure if they tattoo African Americans….Or prefer not to . Either way I would never go back … I DONT recommend anyone of color to go to this shop .

I chose Innerlight Tattoo for my first tattoo ever and chose the back of my leg to be inked. Most tattoo shops did not want to take me in because I was a virgin canvas and they did not have the courage to tattoo the art I wanted. As soon as I entered Innerlight I was greeted properly and immediately was helped. A couple of their artist said they would not touch it because they did not feel comfortable, but they knew someone who did. It happened to be Dene. Dene made me feel comfortable and did not make me feel as if I was getting something too big or too painful for my first one. Dene was excited when I showed him my piece of art and gave me a price and date for consultation. About a month after I decided it was time. I showed up and showed him 2-3 photos I wanted to work with and BAM he went to work. Showed me something creative and we both threw in ideas. The sketch came out perfect and then we scheduled the date for everything. Day of the tattoo: I showed up on time and he was finishing up the stencil and we were ready. We were all excited and I was not scared. He made me feel comfortable with everything and reassured me it will not be as bad. So we did 1 session = 9 hours and it was an amazing experience. It was painful but tolerable. The only pain i had was behind my knee. Now that was just straight up hell. We finished and the tattoo came out fking amazing. Glad Dene took care of me and made sure everything came out the way it did. Cannot wait for the touch up session. Thank you Innerlight Tattoo!

Went in there a while back to get a tattoo with my husband. The guy that wears a “strip club veteran” hat is highly unprofessional. I showed him the reference for the tattoo I wanted and insisted it could only be done as a bigger tattoo because the approximate 3x3 size of the design I wanted “wasn’t possible and unrealistic”. If you simply don’t have the skills to do so then just say so. Went somewhere else to get it done as I wanted and loved it.
