Jocelyn is very professional, amazingly talented and does impeccable work. I had permanent eye makeup and brow work touched up. She's a perfectionist and did a beautiful job that exceeded my expectations! She rectified some imperfect older work done by another artist and then touched up and enhanced my eyes and brows. Her prices are very reasonable, I never seems rushed and she took the time to make sure I was thrilled and got exactly what I wanted. I'm looking forward to returning to her regularly for my touch-ups!
