On Feb 10th, I tried to schedule an appt via facebook to have a tattoo done. I was coming from out of state and was going to be in town for a couple of days only. The person that was replying on dm was vague about the appt. and would not provide availability. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY CUE. So I had my best friend drop by and ask for availability. In oder to get set up an appt. I had to pay $50.00 and I was ok and understood that. I had sent via dm what I wanted to have done. On 02/16 at noon, the day of my appt. the woman running the front of the store introduces me to Adam. Then Adam shows me what he has drafted. I suggested a change, he went to the back to make the modification. We asked the woman for Adam's portfolio and I did not see any tattoos that were close to what I wanted ( I asked for a portrait tattoo in the initial request). I asked the woman, if Adam knew how to do a realism tattoo and she said that he does not do portrait tattoos and he was not good at it and I should go somewhere else. if that was what i was looking for. At that point I changed my mind, and I said to her that I would like to do something else and she said that I would have to pay again. That I could NOT use the deposit for something else. I was not happy with the lack of communication. They kept my money and was looking for more! I was not looking for a refund I simply wanted to use the deposit towards an elementary tattoo! BUYER BE WARE!

This place is absolutely amazing! I got a double nostril piercing from Myka! She was so professional and made sure that the piercing was in exactly the right place. She talked to me the whole time and made sure I was ok. I’ve never had a better piercing experience and 100% will come back again for any other piercings!

This is my favorite shop I’ve been to, Micah did a wonderful job on my vertical labret and septum, I haven’t had any problems. (Their piercing spray is amazing and works so well.) She was also very gentle when I came in a few weeks later to get it changed. The shop has a comfortable atmosphere

I love The Shop! Staff is always in such a positive and fun mood. Sometimes I stop in just to say hi and kill time even haha. I've gotten several tattoos from Zach, and I love every one. He takes the time to make sure I'm happy with what I'm getting, and executes it all so well! I'm very proud of the work I've had done in there. To top it all off, the funko and comics they sell are awesome! One of the funnest shops here in the valley and they'll treat you like a friend. Overall just a place I love to visit any chance I get! I came here while on vacation and noticed the $45 tattoo Fridays sign so I walked in and hoped it wasn’t too good to be true. And it was true. $45 for a small tattoo. They had a book of tattoos to choose from but asked if I had one in mind and I did so I sent it to them and they said they could do it no problem! So I got my little ghost tattoo on the back of my arm. The artist was great, gentle and very social-able. If I’m ever in town again I will absolutely be back!

Ive gotten all my tattoos done here since 2016. Unfortunately, the entitlement people get when they get too comfortable can cause them to lose long-term customers. Hopefully staff here starts to focus on the quality of the work and making the space comfortable for customers, rather than doing what they think is best to make the "best profit". Will not be going back.
