My piercer STICCKY did an excellent job piercing my septum, they were all friendly and informative. She performed seamlessly for the entire procedure. 10/10 will return if I work up the nerve to get another piercing. Ask for STICCKY. She's awesome

Went and got the other side of my nose pierced by Stone. He was very professional and was very careful and thorough to make sure it was even with the one I already had before he did it. 10 out of 10 stars for this guy!

Seth is freaking amazing and, the customer service is amazing and I made a appointment with Seth to get my daith and conch jewelry changed it and, I left the shop happy because the professionalism in the shop is amazing.. Seth did my gauges before and he been super nice and he explained everything very well and he recommend how to get rid of my piercing bump on my daith and, he also helped me picked out some jewelry for my conch and daith... I tip Seth $5 because he deserves it and he been sweet to me and, I got me - super cute 👽 Thank you Seth and Planet X!!! You guys gained a life time customer 👽👽❤️

Please protect your health & beauty and do not come here! My belly button piercing rejected after months of them telling me it looked fine… by the time I took it out it was so close to ripping thru my skin. Then I stupidly go back to get my ears pierced, bc I think, how can anyone screw that up!? It’s been 9 weeks and this left side WILL NOT HEAL. I always clean my piercings/have good hygiene so I have no one else to blame but them tbh.

Stone and Seth are the nicest and most professional people I’ve met so far in this industry. The shop is well maintained, clean always, and well organized. Seth did my helix, tragus, and a couple lobe piercings and I didn’t even feel them. He made me feel very comfortable. Stone is just great overall, super friendly and caring. Both give great customer service and I will recommend this shop to everyone I know. I’ll be back for more very soon!

tbh this place is not professional at all. i got pierced by a woman and she was way too quick. my piercings didn’t come out even at all! i had a hole from where i took out my piercing and asked if she could repierce it and she didn’t even do it where the hole was!! the prices are very cheap but you get what you pay for i guess

Got my bridge pierced and the markings looked crooked and I pointed it out. She reassured me it wouldnt be, but it was so crooked I took it out the same day. The jewelry also wasn’t properly sterilized, just squirted some alcohol on it. Very disappointed

I came to buy some tattoo supplies from the shop, it was 815pm. There was a lady behind the counter in the shop an they doors were locked!! The lady Ignored my phone calls and refused to answer the door when they were clearly open. How are artists supposed to get any work done when they cant get any supplies? Thumbs down!

Called to make an appointment for a nose piercing. Got a same day appointment! Staff is super nice and the place was clean. Seth pierced me and made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything in detail and it didn't hurt. Prices are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this place!
