As a 62 year old getting her first tattoo, the experience at Certified Tattoo Studios, couldn't have been better. The check-in process was very helpful and informative and my artist, Shannon was a doll. He took the time to design my idea and provided several options to choose from. He took time with the positioning of the design and checked on my comfort throughout the process. He was so kind and understanding, I just loved him and more so, I love the end result. I highly recommend, Shannon. He's the best! My sunflower tattoo came out perfect.

Rob Pantoja did an AMAZING job. His line work and shading is beautiful I could not be happier with the way my arm turned out. (We were walk ins)This shop is very professional and they do very good work. Me and my fiancé both got tattoos yesterday and we love them. Chrissy did his, Lana did mine. They both made sure we were well taken care of and they provided everything we needed for stress and comfort. His is the filled in one. may go back to get mine fixed/add more.

I got my first tattoo here and was super excited about it. I got a finger tattoo from Anthony, and was charged extra up-front because finger tattoos usually have to be re-done. He completely rushed through my tattoo (even though doing it properly should have only taken an extra minute or two, because it was so small). He did the whole tattoo using only one dip of ink, and you can very much tell that was not enough. It looks awful. A few weeks after he did it I messaged him and told him I needed to get it re-done. He was very unhelpful trying to come up with a time we could both do, and then stopped responding all together. I sent him a couple more messages and he kept reading them and not responding. I was told he was going through some personal stuff, and I tried to be understanding, but it was still extremely unprofessional, and he could have at least communicated with me a TINY bit. Eventually I ended up just finding someone else who could do it for me. I messaged him one last time asking if he would refund me the extra he charged me up-front so I could pay someone else who would actually get it done for me. He once again read my message but ignored it. I am very unhappy.

The artist I went to was Alana who I had previously went to at a different shop so I was able to message her directly for an appointment since I already had her contact information. I didn’t have to call or book online through the shop. The people at the front desk were super nice and friendly as well as the other artist I encountered. Some Alana does amazing work. I got a whole sleeve of patchwork style tattoos, so so happy with her work! I liked that each artist had their own little studio-not ever shop I’ve been to is like that. Would absolutely recommend going here!
