I got a nose piercing here. It was awesome! I had so much anxiety about it Hailey held my hand during it 😂 Lindsay was so fast and did an incredible job! If you want to get a piercing, this is the place to get one! Prices are worth it!

I got my nose pierced by Mike and it was such a good experience. I’m a very indecisive person and something like picking out which piercing I want can be very anxiety inducing for me (feeling like I need to hurry up and choose but also wanting to pick something I like). Mike made sure I saw every possible option and that I felt 100% confident with it. The whole experience was smooth and easy and Mike has a very calming presence. My mom decided on a whim that she wanted an eyebrow piercing and Mike was very sweet and supportive about doing her piercing too and last minute. There was a beautiful selection of piercings to choose from too! My mom and I are definitely coming back soon :) Update: I started to feel like the stud I chose wasn’t fitting my vibe and wanted to change it out. I reached out to Mike on instagram and he told me to come in in two days, he fit me in and had a stud that matched exactly what I wanted. It took less than 5 minutes and he was nothing but kind.

Dallas was wonderful. Didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in right away. Would recommend.

Came here for a last minute tattoo while on vacation in Colorado Springs. My cousin and I both got very simple crosses on our wrists but they turned out exactly how we wanted! Line work was beautifully done and our tattoo artist Dallas was great. Will definitely come back here.

I got a tattoo on my wrist done by Dallas, he is an amazing artist! He turned my vision into a beautiful piece of art. You can tell he is very passionate about his work and was wonderful to work with. I will most definitely be having more work done at this shop and by Dallas. I would highly recommend him and the shop to anyone wanting to get some ink.

It was a rocky start of the process but when everything got sorted I am more than satisfied. Tattoos are very personal and I am picky about artists. John Saint is the man!! He was as excited about doing the tat as I was about getting it. I will be back!!

Me and my fiancé went in for 303 Day Tattoo flash sale - to say our experience was more than amazing is a huge understatement! We had Shannon as our artist and we could not be more satisfied with our visit. He made quick work of us, and made the whole experience great. This was our first time visiting the Weber St CO Springs location and I think it’s safe to say we’ll be back! Would choose this location over the colfax location for sure now based on experience with both!

Edit to owner: it was a slap in my face when I was told exactly how much it was going to be and then when I go to pay and i get told it was an excessive amount over our agreed price! FRAUD! Fraud alert! On 2/16 around 2:15 pm I wanted to change out my tragus piercing in both ears. Picked out the earrings and he replaced my old ones with the new. He told me that it would be $40 for the earrings and $10 to change them out. I got to the register to pay and (behind glass) which is already sketchy, She said it will be$82.40. wait what that's not what we agreed on! She goes back to confirm this unrealistic price and he said it was $40 each ear. Total rip off! If it was 40 each ear and I was charged 82.40 that's not even the right tax amount! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I came in today because two of my peircings fell out on a trip and i was worried they would close. I saw mike and he was awesome! He was funny, thorough in what he recommended for me, very quick and gentle! I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back! Thank you mike!

I highly recommend Mike for any piercings or jewelry changes! He has a large variety of jewelry pieces to choose from and will make sure you have a positive experience.

Went here once with a friend and after was hooked! I go to Mike every time and he’s amazing, the jewelry selection is gorgeous and he helps at every step. Very much recommend :)

Danny black at this place drills so deep you scar and bubble (dr said it was so deep under the dermal layer and that was the cause of the green pus) also some blowout spots. My husband paid 3600.00 for an outline and he even jipped him on his last $400 session we never got that money back! They even scheduled my husband and another person with the same first name the same day and time hubby drove over two hours to get there. Yes they apologized but how does that happen.. Oh and Black takes breaks to get STONED fyi lines come out crooked and he digs deeper the higher he gets. They are horrible at scheduling the schedulers don’t communicate with their artists.

Went to Colorado Springs location for my first ear piercing. Had Mike, he was very chill and professional, barely felt a thing!

Got Friday the 13th tattoos and Jacquelyn was great! Chris pierced my ears recently, too and he was great as well! I first heard of/came here when it was Pins and Needles and I can say they're still great now under Certified Tattoo/Piercing.

I will never give this place my business again, I only tolerated this place because my favorite artist was here. I purchased a Black Friday deal in November of 2021 when this shop was Pens n Needles. I bought them as gifts for my bridesmaids and to use for myself. They were to expire one year after being purchased (so November 2022). Pens N Needles turned into Certified Tattoo and then one of my bridesmaids was able to use her certificate but the other was not because she was told they were expired. When Pens N Needles changed to Certified Tattoo, they decided that the certificates would expire in Feb/March 2022. Only 3-4 months after I purchased them but the original terms were a year. Super sketchy that the owner of Pens n Needles offered a Black Friday deal a month before they were to change ownership. I very much felt like it was a cash grab before changing hands. I never received a text, call, or email notifying me of the new shop no longer honoring the Black Friday certificates. I still had 2 $100 certificates and a $50 piercing certificate that I was no longer able to use. When I messaged the previous owner about this on Instagram on November 7, 2022 she never read or replied to my message but continued to post on IG. I still went ahead and scheduled an appointment with my artist for December of 2022 and gave a deposit over the phone. A few days BEFORE my appointment, I was called by Certified and asked if I wanted to pay for the rest of my tattoo in full. Why on Earth would I pay for an entire service before the service even occurred? Absolutely absurd. Not to mention the increase in prices. I highly doubt my tattoo artist even benefitted from the rise in prices. This place takes advantage of their tattoo artists and their customers. 0/10.

I just left this place and the staff was very rude, I called in advance to get a piercing which they said they did, and when I showed up to my 5:30 appointment they said they didn’t have anything scheduled. When I showed them the confirmation email they asked what I wanted (very unprofessional) when I told them the piercing I was looking to get they said they “don’t do those piercings” I asked if I can get a navel piercing instead and they wanted to charge me $80 ? As I was going to sign the consent waiver i was shocked when the lady rushed to say “we close in 10 min can you sign this” (the website says they close at 8 pm and it was only 5:50 pm) I decided not to get the piercing anymore and as I was leaving they rudely told me to stop and pay a setup fee of $10!? OVERALL waste of time and money..

Mike pierced by septum and industrial. He made the entire experience as comfortable as possible and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about aftercare. The entire staff was friendly and personable. I’m looking forward to going back to swap out jewelry when I’m ready. They have an incredible collection! I was very pleased with the selection so I didn’t have to get a giant stainless septum ring.

Got a forearm tattoo from John Saint. If you’re looking for realistic in black in white, there’s no one in Colorado who will match his quality. Amazing artist, the piece is worth the price.
