I went to Legion based on the reviews online. You’d think the owner only hires people who will perform quality work?! Nope! Don’t get a tattoo from Devin!!! It’s the worst piece I’ve ever even seen and now it’s on my skin. Beyond disappointed how this has been handled and certainly won’t recommend to anyone. Stay away if you want professionalism by 1. the artist and 2. the owner! Edit: the owners response just reflects the level of professionalism..

DO NOT GET YOUR TATTOO HERE!!!! SCAM I set up an appointment a month ahead of time and was required to put a $200 down payment. The shop wasn’t even open when we arrived for our appointment. Then when someone finally showed, they lied to us about where our artist was. Said he was just across the street and on his way. We waited for almost 2 hours and the artist never showed. To make everything worse the dude never refunded my money even after promising he would. I have requested a refund a dozen times and at this point might need to take him to court to get my money back. So unprofessional. Worst experience EVER!
