I went as a walk-in and worked with Lewis and could not have asked for a better experience. Bridgette was very helpful in connecting me with an artist and worked with Lewis. Very welcoming environment from the second you walk into the business. Lewis was extremely helpful and very talented. I can’t wait to fly back to get my next piece done. Talked with the owner as well and is a great dude. Can’t say enough good things about this business, can’t wait to come back!! If you want great artwork, hit up Lewis and Mammoth!

I wanted to write a review about the artist chad at this shop. He was extremely professional and kind when talking to me about getting a memorial piece for my cousin. When we drew up the original design I was a emotional mess and started crying and decided that now would not be the time for this piece, chad made me feel comfortable saying no to the design as well as rescheduling and coming in to change it up to what I would love. He made me feel like I was not overreacting, being too emotional, or wasting his time. He is such a sweet guy and I will eventually get tattooed by him but this shop is just filled with amazing people from the very beautiful girl who helps get you checked in to the artists themselves. I highly recommend!!

My sisters and I flew into Denver in an emergency situation for a family member and wanted to get tattoos together. We reached put to the shop via FB messenger and got a response within an hour, telling us we were welcome to come in and they had our design ready when we got there, let us add a little insight for shading, and we gave our artist, Lewis, some creative liberty. He was amazing, funny, kind, and talented. All of the guys at the shop were friendly and patient with the four of us taking over their space and letting us decompress from some crazy emotions and a rough few days. 10 out of 10 recommend. I don't often feel compelled to write reviews, but Mammoth American Tattoo deserves a shoutout. I was pretty anxious as it was my first tattoo and wasn't sure what to expect, but the entire staff was so kind and professional- I feel silly that I was worried at all. I selected William as my artist because I wanted to make sure my entire tattoo process was vegan and he totally knocked it out of the park. Not only did he bring my idea to life in the form of a beautiful design, but he recommended great vegan aftercare products and made me feel completely at ease the entire time- during the consultation and during the appointment. The entire staff seems like one big family and any future tattoos I get will absolutely be done at Mammoth American. Thanks again!
