Only good experiences so far!! I got my first tattoo, and 2 piercings here. Good prices, and friendly environment! Jess is an amazing piercer! Super friendly, very relaxed, and calm, which ultimately helped me relax as well. Will be going back!

The lady with the pink hair has the worst attitude/service. I’d recommend trying someone else as she obviously can’t work with people. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with an attitude.

I don’t remember her name but she did an amazing job on my noises piercing. Loveee it! I would recommend people going here even for tattoos.! ❤️

Jed and Jess did an incredible job on our tattoos. I am so glad we chose to come here during our girls trip. I would highly recommend this shop. Especially working with Jess and Jed. We had some good laughs and conversation. Plus they’re incredibly talented artists.

My friend and I went in there for some ear piercings, we had Jess and she was great. She was very sweet, talked us through our anxiousness and had a great way of calming us down. The business itself was very clean and organized, it’s not a place where you feel rushed or crazy, very quiet and welcoming area. I definitely recommend getting piercings here, they’re very clean and have more experience than people I’ve been to before.

Jed was awesome! We were walk ins and he took us right away, he talked us thru our tattoos and was very knowledgeable. The tattoos look amazing and the price was reasonable, thanks for making our anniversary memorable!

Tattoo overall not bad, customer service and pricing terrible! Female artist (Jess) was rude when asked if I could add something. Stopped over and over to do other things. And lastly, when the appointment was made I was told $175 would be my total, $270 is what I was charged! I’ve had a few tattoos done at this location. I won’t be back!

I would highly recommend Spyder Rose! My husband and I both got tattoos and Jess was amazing through the entire process. She listened to what we were hoping for and then made it into exactly what we wanted! Everything is clean and professional. I also saw some of what the other artists were working on and all of their tattoos looked awesome as well. Thank you Jess!

Nate and Kelly Jo were awesome. We got in same day with 4 small tattoos for 4 people. Three of us first timers. They were extremely friendly, kind and funny while also immensely talented. They gave all of us exactly what we wanted and could not be happier or more impressed. Highly recommend this place.

This was my first tattoo, so I was nervous of what to expect. Nate the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful on the phone and got me set up with Allen. Allen was very kind, wanted to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and took the time to make sure everything was clean, and in order before starting. I was nervous with high expectations of what my art would actually turn out like, and Allen exceeded my expectations of what I had seen and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend these guys!

I came to the shop with a friend as walk-ins. It was my first tattoo and I wouldn’t change a thing. They were super accommodating and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. The guy that tatted me made me feel relaxed and although I didn’t have an exact tattoo in mind, he came up with one from my ideas and it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I would def go back if I’m ever in the area again. 10/10, would recommend.

Jess was an amazing tattoo artist, and a perfect choice for my first tattoo! I was so lucky to have her! Everyone was friendly, professional, and and warm. You have a good shot of clicking with one of the many talented artists that work there. The shop was clean and well put together, it put me at ease when I walked in. Will ask for Jess by name next time I swing by Glenwood. Thank you, Jess!!

Jessie has done both my helix and my navel piercings and they have been great experiences! Definitely my favorite piercing shop in Glenwood and I highly recommend. Reasonable rates at $50 per piercing. Jessie was very nice and made me feel comfortable.

My husband & I got tattoos yesterday by artist/owner Nate, and we could not be more satisfied with his work! We went with Spyder Rose after reading positive reviews on Yelp and Google, so while we had some context, we'd never met Nate or been in the shop until our tat date. Communication: From my initial phone call to email correspondence to face-to-face interaction, Nate was professional, accommodating and kind. His confident, relaxed disposition was immediately reassuring. As he worked, the three of us enjoyed casual conversation. Nate continually checked in with us to ensure we were as comfortable as could be and happy with how the ink was coming along. He also provided clear instructions for follow-up care. Skill: Before we arrived, Nate had thoughtfully modified the designs we requested (generic ones we found via Google images) to more accurately depict our dog Haze. Throughout the session, Nate referred to a photo of Haze to get the nuances just right. He had a gentle touch and a steady hand. Atmosphere: The shop itself has a calm and cozy but still polished vibe. It is a clean, creative, unpretentious space. Bella the shop dog kept us company here and there as she roamed from one of her beds to another, and two other staff (Allen and Jess, I think?) politely chimed in on our convo now and then. Value: We were pleasantly surprised when presented with the bill. Given how much time and energy Nate spent on us, we feel we got the best deal for quality work we could have hoped for! This was my husband's first tattoo. Minutes after we left our appointment, he said he wouldn't bother going anywhere else for his next one. I feel the same way. Thanks, Nate! I have no doubt we'll be seeing you in the near future.

My friend and I got tats with Kelly Jo. She was very professional, precise, and super cool! We were both very impressed with her design skills on the ipad and artistry with the ink. Stoked about our new tats- highly recommend!
