Mike and Dakota are awesome! I originally wanted a piece I saw on a flash but then decided to go a different way. I brought in my idea and right from the consultation I knew this would be my new tattoo shop. The shop is super clean and has a great vibe, Mike and Dakota worked with my schedule, and they were both easy to talk to. My tattoo took about 4 hours, and the whole time Mike was easy to talk to and was constantly checking to make sure the quality was what I wanted. I have been to other shops in the grand valley and struggled to find a place that I felt comfortable and valued. OddWorld is that place and I won't be searching for another shop!

I definitely recommend! I went in for a tap out session and got every single tattoo I had been thinking about for a while now. Dakota was able to draw what I had imagined in my head and her husband Mikey got it onto my skin with such a gentle hand! My last two tattoos look blown out and rough compared to my new 4! I was in town visiting family and couldn’t find a place that could do walk ins for me and my siblings. I looked at some pictures of work done at OddWorld and gave them a call and they told me they could do walk ins for me and my 4 siblings, which is a lot to ask for. Only me and 2 of my other siblings were able to get tattoos that day but that’s only because of the amount of time and effort that were put into each individual tattoo, they wanted to make sure these tattoos were going to last and now a little over a month later that’s very true as the color hasn’t changed a lot. And they were very accommodating in being able to take my other siblings at the end of the week which was awesome, all 5 of us got tattoos at the same shop within the same week. An amazing shop. One of the coolest aspects is that I got my tattoo by the owners of the shop, I got to sit down and actually talk to the people that owned the shop while getting tattooed by them. And even after the initial design was done they let me check and see if there were any details that I wanted different or added. Amazing people and amazing work done by them. I would not recommend going here. He did such a bad job on my tattoo didn’t look even close to what I wanted. Asked if he could fix it the same day because I had graduation and pictures coming up and he wouldn’t. He said was booked until end of May which is understandable but it was so horrible. I was embarrassed by my tattoo. I asked other tattoo artists to fix it they refused because of how bad it already was. Finally found someone to fix it but definitely wouldn’t recommend going here there are better tattoo artists here in the Grand Valley. ( Krypt Tattoo and Luminox)

Mike is amazing! And his wife is so sweet! So far I have gotten 4 tattoos done by him 😊 I got a flash tattoo done for Valentine’s Day, he also did a "L" on my left hand, and a "R" on my right hand (😅) and all of those came out so perfect. He also just did the rose on my face last night! I am so happy with it. He is so light handed, and a perfectionist with his work, as well as he does free touch ups for life. Personally, he is my new go to artist for everything and is exactly what I look for in a quality artist
