I love this tattoo shop! I decide to try it out during the Halloween flash sale and I was able to get three really cute unique flash designs by Savannah who is able to get me in quick and get them done fast even though I didn't get there until the middle of the day. I love that they offer free touch ups and that they're friendly and nice and willing to work with me to accomplish my tattoo goals. They have really reasonable pricing and our wonderful at what they do. I also got a Monroe piercing a better go by Biz and I absolutely loved it it was one of the best piercing experiences as it barely hurt and it was quick and fast. I'm definitely going back to them to get more piercings and tattoos in the future:-)

Great piercing experience! Biz was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was so quick and also professional. It was a great shop vibe, and sanitary! One of the owners first responded to the inquiry on yelp my aunt made and she got us THREE people all set up as walk ins. My aunts and I wanted to all get piercings together as a new year, new experiences thing/as my birthday weekend treat. They were friendly, down to earth and helped soothe both my aunts nerves! Haha and we love to support a local, woman owned business. We all LOVE our piercings!

I had an awesome experience at Madcap! Kaylie did a piece on my bicep and was so kind and accommodating in working with scheduling and the design itself. She was super patient and attentive throughout the whole session, checking up with me and communicating what she was doing with the art itself.
