Fallen Owl is the absolutes best tattoo shop. I have like 20 hours worth of tattoos from Adam Rose and his work is nothing short of amazing! I have tried a few other places out but none of them are as good as Adams’s work. Thanks Fallen Owl!

Heather has been a delight to work with; she’s talented, skilled, a true artist with her tattoo designs, and fun to be around (which matters when you’re getting stabbed for 4-5 hours) 😁. If you’re looking for someone to work with long term and create beautiful permanent art with, Heather is a great choice!

I looked for an artist for a while to start my sleeve and a friend recommended that I look up Fallen Owl. Everyone there does great work but Matt has some of the best work that I’ve seen. He is awesome!! If you’re not 100% sure what you want he will sit and brain storm with you until you decide. His work is clean, he makes sure you’re comfortable, and isn’t scared to strike up a conversation with you. If you’re looking for a more mystic/dark/witchy tattoo he is your guy!

Matt (Instagram - @matthenntattoo) did an absolute KILLER job with a black, vine piece that wrapped around my arm. I’m extremely particular about what I’ll put on my body permanently and truly appreciate creative art. Matt exceeded my expectations and DELIVERED. Great guy, but even better tattoo artist. You will NOT be disappointed.

Matt (@matthenntattoo on IG) was a wonderful artist to work with— I have never had a better experience being tattooed. He has went above and beyond for each tattoo that I have gotten with him to make vision come to life. He is personable and will explain every idea, step of the process, etc. and work with you to achieve your dream tattoo— I look forward to working with him in the future and all the rest of my tattoos. You can’t go wrong working with Matt!!

Carl is one of my favorites! Always fun to work with him and he’s helped me bring a couple weird ideas to life!

The shop is super cute and Carl (@farriercreative on Instagram!) did an absolutely beautiful job on my new flowers! He was so kind and excited to tattoo it helped quell some of the nerves that come with trying a new shop for the first time. I'm already going back later for color work but I'll definitely be using them and Carl for future tattoos. Highly recommend to anyone in the Denver/Lakewood area!

Came here to get matching tattoos, Matt was great! Helped us pick our lettering and did mine and my husbands tattoos as well as 4 of our friends! 10/10 would recommend!

Tried to get work done from Matthew, I canceled on him a couple of times MONTHS in advance to to things I couldn't control and been wanting to reschedule and dedicate to getting work done. I even let him have my deposit as and apology. Now he just doesn't respond to me and doesn't follow through. Very disappointed.

Matt did my tattoos a few weeks ago. His artwork is beautiful and he helped me with size, placement, and color. They healed perfectly and I'm very happy!

Fallen owl has been tattooing me for most of my twenties. Adam, the owner is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, fast paced and provides a professional, clean, informative and non intimidating experience. I have also been tattooed by several other of the employees here each catering their own unique style. A wonderful gem in lakewood and I will continue to come here for all my tattoo needs. Highly recommended for first timers or individuals looking to get big work done. *Update I am now 35 and still coming here, both arms fully sleeved. Can't recommend enough

Heather is my girl! I love her work and personality, and feel like I've hit the lottery of tattoo artists! Her skills are out of this world, and being with her makes me happy. She listens, is patient, and gifted! I'm telling you, you won't be disappointed... ...P.S. I'm never letting her go!

Recently moved from out of State and looked for a new artist. I found Katie and booked her immediately. When it came time for the appointment, I walked in to a clean and welcoming space. Katie did a phenomenal job. She surpassed my expectations. Her creativity and work with watercolor is just beautiful. I also enjoyed friendly charter from some other artists while getting my tattoo done. I will definitely come back for more work in the near future!

Matt is incredibly talented. He listened to what I wanted and my design honestly couldn't be better. I'm definitely coming back to have him finish my Harry Potter themed sleeve!

Matt was very honest with me, when he told me that my skin was too thin to be a a good candidate for a tattoo. He said the ink would just spread under the skin, just like the blood did in a bruise that I had. He even showed me pictured examples! They are a very honest, up front business, with very talented artists, that I would highly recommend!

Overall a great experience! Matt was awesome and was able to give me exactly what I was looking for. He was also super flexible, which was very helpful. Loved the atmosphere, very clean and quaint. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would - can't recommend Fallen Owl enough!
