Me and my girlfriend Flora came in 1/29/23 for a labret. We both were impressed by the experience. How the shop is laid out, pricing, but especially the people. Ryan at the front desk was very easy to talk to and made us feel welcome. Jay is obviously experienced in his craft with 20+ years of piercing. Employees working behind the counter are different every time I go in. This time there was a tall woman with dark hair behind the counter that was super rude and unhelpful. A guy with long hair was called over to try and help but only offered info I already knew from previous visits. Typical “too cool for school” attitude from both employees that you find in a lot of tattoo/pierce shops unfortunately.

I had my ear lobes re-pierced by Jay, and the whole experience was wonderful. I had let my holes close due to irritation from an undiagnosed nickel allergy. Now that I know the culprit, I decided I wanted to wear earrings again. Jay assessed the state of my existing (mostly closed) holes and recommended that we start fresh, as one of them was very off center and the other was at an angle that made putting earrings in difficult. Jay was kind, patient, and explained every step both before getting started and during the process. I always knew what was happening and what to expect. The studio was clean and organized, and the staff takes appropriate safety precautions. They had a nice selection of jewelry at multiple price points. I will be back to redo my 2nd earlobe holes!

I came in to talk to a Tattoo Artist about covering up some old work that I wasn't loving anymore.. The whole process was great. Matt Hart immediately took time to talk to me right then about some ideas and to learn what I was looking for. He took some photos and we setup a consultation for a week out. He shared his sketches and ideas over email and we met in person to make decisions and plans. I gave him very little to go on but he came up with a couple options, one of which was an anatomical heart. When he said it I was already shaking my head (on the inside), but when he showed me, it blew my mind. Not just because of how cool it looks but his insight into how representative it is of some of the personal details I shared with him. We made plans for two sessions although he wasn't certain if he would do the work in 1 or 2 sessions. He was super accommodating of my travel schedule and today was session number one. He does AMAZING work, is super present, and I think an extremely genuine person who doesn't take himself too seriously but demonstrates very high integrity which I really appreciate. We had great conversation (at least from my perspective) and he was regularly checking in on me to make sure I was good. I feel bad that I've forgotten her name but the woman who is maybe the manager and worked the counter was also awesome. She even offered to get us coffee on a Starbucks run (I took her up on that). * I'll update the name I forgot later.

Jay was great with our 9 yo kiddo who was getting her ears pierced for the first time. Professional, approachable, clean, knowledgeable. And the front desk goddess was lovely and informative and super helpful. Highly recommend.

Great staff..clean and comfortable environment and great work...I'd recommend it to anyone who desires needs or just plain wants a great work of body art. Very professional parlor.

Disappointed, i booked an appointment online with their piercer for a septum piercing a few weeks out and paid the deposit online. I showed up the day off the appointment August 23rd and the Piercer was not there that day and had called in and i was not notified, which is fine. I asked for my deposit back in person and was told it wouldn't be an issue. I have emailed them multiple times as well even through the contact us option on their site and i have only been ignored and my deposit has not been refunded to me. Will not be returning for other tattoos or piercings.

Had a fantastic experience working with the piercers here! Was laughing and joking with them almost the entire time, and I appreciated that they were very straightforward about any potential decisions

This place is fantastic. I got a rook piercing about a week ago from another piercing shop, and it immediately seemed very Irritated. A few days later, while I was cleaning my piercing, the ball came off and went down the drain. I went to tribal rites to get a new barbell, and it turns out the other location gave me way too small of a barbell, and when my ear swelled up from the piercing, it fell out. They also have me a cleaner that did nothing at all. Jay was accommodating in explaining the situation and giving me a booklet on how to clean my piecing. He was very gracious and kind and didn’t comment that I was about to burst into tears, lol. The girl working at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. I will be coming here for piercings from now on!

I went to get my septum pierced. The guy was very knowledgeable and personal. He has been in this line of work for a very long time and knows what he's doing. I highly recommend this place. I live in Colorado Springs and would make the drive to come back here. They fit me in as a walk in because their appointment didn't show up. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment because I got lucky.

I came in looking for 2g silicone plugs as i have bought them here before. The genial man at the counter Ben, showed me the selection that they had on hand. After I found some plugs I didn’t hate Ben suggested i go to their Boulder location for a wider variety so hopefully i could find a pair I really liked. The problem is I don’t have a vehicle, Ben told me he would bring a selection from the Boulder location as a solution. Here is the cool part, he actually did it. The next day Ben texted me letting me know he he would be at the Longmont location so see what he grabbed. I ended up buying 3pairs from the bundle he brought. I didnt think in a million years a shop employee would go above and beyond as he did. That’s just not normal these days. I will not go to any other shop for jewelry, tattoos, or piercings. The measure of any good business is what and how the employees represent the company. Ben and Jesse have proven that Tribal Rights is a business worth spending my hard earned money at. I can’t say enough of my satisfaction for this place.
