I went there for first time with my friend, the people were super rude, we didn’t like the design that the guy proposed and he got mad about that, the guy just walked away, he left us alone when we were talking about the size of the tattoo, and when we decided for a new thing he said it was too late because we spend 10 MINUTES talking about something that I’m gonna have in my body for ever.

My husband and I have had all of our tattoos and piercings (since we've lived here) at Bonaroo Tattoo. We are faithful patrons who have a great gratitude for the artistry involved, and we tip our artists accordingly (50% or more...ALWAYS), especially when they have always accommodated our disabilities. Awhile ago, we called Bonaroo and asked about the new location, the piercer on staff, and other details. Our daughter wanted her ears re-pierced, so we scheduled our appointment online after getting the pertinent details from the staff. We had explained that our daughter has a disability and needed some flexibility and accommodation, which we would happily pay for. Unfortunately, due to Covid, we had to reschedule our appointment for 2:00 today. We called to tell them that we were running a few minutes late, and the piercer told us that she has a five-minute cut-off window and if we arrive late, we still have to pay and forfeit our appointment. If we need to reschedule, we still have to pay. Surely, given our conversation with staff about the need for some accommodation and our history with them, this wouldn't be enforced since we requested extra time (which we planned to pay for) due to our daughter's disability. Maybe the piercer hadn't read the details of the appointment. We arrived at 2:08. We were turned away because we were three minutes passed the cut-off time. Even though we called an hour before, and the piercer knew we were running late, we were turned away. In fact, she said that she only allowed 45 minutes for the appointment and that she was fully booked for the day. (No disability accommodations had been accounted for!!) Basically, I was told that policy trumps everything, including any disability accommodation. We paid our $60, walked out with a very sad little girl who was denied the services we scheduled and agreed to pay for. Years of giving our business solely to Bonaroo only served for them to discriminate against us. We are incredibly loyal custom

Other customers beware they are draconian in their late policy, and there’s no wiggle room! As a result I will never do business with them again the full story is below. My daughter had previously had her ears pierced by Bonaroo Tattoo on Mississippi. She had a great experience but didn’t keep the jewelry in her ears and the holes had closed. We would have gone back but they don’t have a person at the Mississippi location to do piercing so we decided to try the Parker location. I had scheduled a time to have her ears redone, and as it turned out she ended up with Covid and I had to reschedule. The rescheduling went fine and I went with a day I thought we could get it done without a problem. Today was the day we were supposed to have them done, but we ended up farther away from the store than we had planned. When I realized the situation, I called and let them know I might be a bit late, they told me that after 5 minutes an appointment is considered a no show. I could have cancelled, but according to maps I should have made it in time so I attempted to get there in time. When things were said and done, I was 3 minutes late beyond the 5 minutes to our appointment, Nails refused to do the piercing, considered our appointment to be a no show, which charges the same fee that the piercing would be. I can understand that there are no shows, and that people take up time being wishy washy, but I was there, and I had called, no effort at customer service at all. Since you have to register your payment to make the appointment, I had no choice but to pay the fee, mind you I understand how these policies can be and would have paid regardless because I did know that’s how it was. HOWEVER Nails had no interest in working with us, therefore all we could do is leave and find someone else to do the piercing.

My sister and I came here to get a few piercings each for my birthday, we got an appointment with their piercer Nails, she was so warm and knowledgable about each piercing we wanted. I got my snug pierced and my helix. She walked us through the whole process and made us feel very comfortable, and was a very skilled piercer. She made the whole experience an absolute blast. Nails also made herself easy to reach too if we had any follow up questions or concerns after the fact which was super nice. Id highly recommended!

I got two dermal piercings done on the back of my neck by Nails. Just walking in the environment was super friendly and clean, everyone was super nice. Nails was amazing, super knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable and calmed any nerves that I had.
