Customer service. A plus plus I didn't go because I can get better prices just was trying not to drive lol but I will say they responded to me and my long email very fast and informatively! Some mooks up the street sent a more unprofessional reply back to me. Can't be rude in this business during times like these.

Whatever you do don't use hollymarieart she messed up 2 of my tattoos. Went too hard on both creating scarring and then when I made an appointment to get a touch up she never showed up. Keep in mind I called 30 minutes prior to the appointment before I left work early to make sure we were still on and they told me to come. Left work early for no reason and then I emailed her to reschedule and got no response and it's been a week..... from what I hear Jenn the owner does very good work. So go see her and avoid hollie at all costs. Just my 2 cents from my experience
