I’ve been wanting a tattoo for years and have been too scared to take the plunge so ephemeral was the perfect middle ground. Booking is super simple and easy to understand. The facility is beautiful and all the staff are friendly and make sure you feel comfortable from start to finish. I was really happy with the time my artist (Wally) took to make sure I was happy with the design. My choice was super simple but I didn’t feel rushed at all. When you’re done a staff member will walk you through the aftercare process and make sure you’re all set to take care of your temporary masterpiece. My only reason for docking a star was the wait past my booking time. I don’t blame the artist at all - no one wants a permanent fixture on their body rushed but I did wait probably 40min for them after the initial 10 min sign in and waiver process. When you book they make it super clear that you shouldn’t be late or you’d risk a cancellation but because I lived so close I would have rather them just call to give me a heads up.

Amazing place with professional & warm-hearted staff! If you're someone who's always been interested in getting a tattoo but have a bit of anxiety about taking the plunge, this is the place to go for your first tattoo 🥳🫂💪 Jojo was informative and helpful getting me checked in, and Toya made me feel comfortable in the space and ready for the session. She even brought me a charging cable when my phone was running low from streaming Netflix 🤳 to take my mind off the prickly feelings when getting some ink 🔏 The star of the show was my tattoo artist, Wyte! He really put some significant creative energy into my initial design ideas and came up with something I loved 😍 Thanks again for such a great experience!!!
