This shop was absolutely amazing! DANIELA was absolutely incredible! She took myself, my mom and my sister as walk-ins and stayed way after closing to make sure we were all finished and happy (we all got rather large matching tattoos). This was my moms first tattoo and Daniela and the entire shop was so supportive and did everything to make sure she was comfortable. She went above and beyond and her work is beautiful. I had a tattoo done there while I was on vacation and now 2 weeks later it's faded really bad. Talked to the artist Daniella and she said it needs touched up. Kinda hard to do when your a 1000 miles away. No offer for compensation to have it done locally.

They make sure everything in very clean and sterile and they really work with you and make sure the tattoo that you want is exactly right and make sure that it is done right. Liz knocked this one out of the park! Her original art is amazing and so is her line work. She was very accommodating and made sure to check on how I was doing/feeling through the entire tattoo. Customer service was so rude ,i went a day before, the guy was so nice and gave me the price and provided the card,next day i went in again to do the tattoo and there was another guy who provided higher price for the same tattoo .i asked him that i need to talk the the same person i spoke a day before.He was disrespectful and didn't give me the opportunity to speak to other person and his behavior was so rude and walk away .BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
