This place and these artist……absolutely, hands down, without question, the best Tattoo experience I’ve ever had. AJ, the shop manager was as cool as it gets. She was the epitome of accommodating, and professional. I told her I was only in town one more day, she called in an off duty artist to care of my friend and I. Lusiana was my artist. So damn smooth with the tattoo machine, I almost fell asleep. Yerson was my friends artist. He perfectly brought to life a complicated idea, an artistic visionary. I watched Von, who has been tattooing for 42 years, tattoo a young man from France. Epic display of talent and attention to detail. 5 out of 5 stars. If I could give 6 stars, I would right now.

AJ at Empire Ink in South Beach is a BOSS! Her vibes and aura are something indescribable! Not only is she very thorough, by the book, knowledgeable and literally has magic hand when it comes to piercings but, she can literally do like 7 jobs at once. She manages the shop, does the piercings, give the clients the BEST customer service and experience all while running the show effectively and efficiently, making it all run seamlessly. Putting up stock, answering the phone and client’s questions, training a new person, getting clients consent forms done, ringing people up, making sure the artists knew everything they needed to for their clients and getting them to stay on schedule so no clients had to wait! The whole time she was smiling and just doing it, as though, it was nothing and she wasn’t overwhelmed or stressed about it at all lol. I was in awe watching her in action! I tried hiring her in Arizona. There aren’t many people in this world like her. And while being amazed watching her, the shop was immaculate! So clean and organized! Go see AJ at Empire Ink!!!!!! You won’t regret it!
