I didn’t even go but I just called and his attitude and service was already horrible.

Definitely not the place for a quick piercing- but in the best way possible! This shop is very professional and meticulous, assuring that the length of the industrial bar I got was absolutely perfect. It took some time, but as I stated it’s all very thorough and professional. A bit on the expensive end as well, but it’s worth the pretty penny if you want work done right.

GOA did me and my girlfriend's dermals and he did a fantastic job, I have been tattooing and piercing over 17 years myself and would not go anywhere else in Miami..the best hands down

Francis is the best piercer in the area, he is very sweet, very well spoken and definitely knows his work. His aftercare pamphlets all come from the APP which is the association of professional piercing , hes definitely a guy with experience, this is not a piercing factory or tattoo factory like other parlors, this people have had very much experience with many procedures so dont expect it to be the same price as a guy who did your piercing in the back of a walmart when you were 16, this people have absolute experience. if you want a peace of mind, come to this shop.

i went in today because i lost my belly piercing and i got a new belly piercing and he even helped me and put it on for me. sweetest guy. thank you so much. would definitely recommend. super clean.

(I'm literally crying right now) ,😭😭 I just got my first tattoo there I'm i never thought that I have to wait a least 4 weeks to start removing this with laser. I just feel so terrible looking at my self with such terrible work on me forever!!! I hate this!

I just regret walking in to this terrible shop. They will talk to you about how high quality they are when they are selling just the same cheap piercing that everyone in the area has but for 3 times more money. I got my piercings there and I got infected and by the end my doctor told me that the jewelry was the problem since it was inappropriate to use those kind of materials on my body

Piercer doesn’t even know how to measure jewelry. I called ahead looking for a specific jewelry retainer. They refused to tell me the price over the phone which I was like ok fine. Took an Uber all the way across town just to find out they don’t even have what I need. Such a waste of money and energy.

Muy mal trato el dueño es un indeseable quería ponerme un pircing en la nariz en ese lugar y le pregunté que en que lado me lo recomendaba es decir que donde usualmente se lo ponen las mujeres y me dijo que tendría que contar a todas las mujeres que se lo ha puesto para sacar la cuenta le dije está bien como no estoy segura en que lugar me lo voy a poner no me lo voy a hacer y me ha dicho cosas y me ha ofendido como nadie la verdad un mal negocio no lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo.

Franz the piecer was very friendly and knowledgeable when I went get a piercing. They have high quality piercings of 14K-24K gold hoops/studs with different designs to choose from (depending what piercing you get of course). Not all tattoo parlors offer that, which is a plus from Goa. The place overall is very clean and sanitized, i’ll definitely be back.

I always recommend Goa to anyone looking for tattoos and piercings. I have had 7 piercings and 2 tattoos done at this shop, and I absolutely love them! They are very clean, professional, and friendly. I will continue to come back every time!!!!

i seriously love this place so much when i got my nose piercing done it was so fast and they gave me absolutely no trouble however i got my belly piercing done and my skin ended up denying the piercing and it practically ripped off (it wasn’t painful because the skin was dead) but that is NOT goas fault at all, i would love if when i return to get it pierced again they can give me the same customer service that they gave me last time, it was such a fast process too! my mom signed the papers and on to the piercing it was. fast, quick and not as expensive as i thought. my nose piercing has never gotten infected and they have high quality studs and rings and earings and everything there. would highly recommend and would come back without a doubt.

got my nose piercing done here! incredible job, fast and safe. My mom had her wrist and fingers tattooed and it came out amazingly beautiful and was definitely worth the money!! definitely coming back!

The experience was great getting my piercing. Franz was very professional. Too bad i believe they sold me a damaged product. He struggle while screwing it in and it came loose 4 times during the weeks after. The fourth time it came loose it got lost. Tried to contact them through their website but it is so bad, i wasn't able to send them a message through it. Will try to call them in the morning. Will update this review with their resolution.

This facility is displaying portfolio work that was not done at this shop. Artists deserve more respect than this.

I has the worst experience with them. I satf or an appointment and subsequently scheduled future appointments to complete my piece. They never opened the store or called me to cancel. I now have a nightmare on my hands. A halfway done tattoo and they take zero responsibility. I would.not use them or recommend them. I did email them with one accusatory response from them and nothing afterwards as a follow up . DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT UNRELIABLE SERVICE WITH AN ATTITUDE .
