Incredible and professional piercer Lilly! I had been to 5 different piercing places in Miami and downtown and NOBODY could find me the most simple thing: a snug fitting gold hoop for my nose ring. I got the piercing done somewhere else, and hurt it, which caused a fluid ball to form over it. She was incredibly helpful. I barely felt any pain, she was so gentle and soft, got me the jewelry ive been wanting for MONTHS. And solved all my issues. Place is super clean and professional, LOVED IT. Having gone to literally 5 other shops, this one is by far superior. Thanks Lily!!!

Professional service, very informative, very friendly and personally catered experience with the people here. My piercer was Lili, and she did a wonderful job. She was quick and very gentle with my nipple piercings and they came out perfectly positioned and perfectly placed. I am a very happy customer! The tattoo artist Carlota is amazing as well. She did my cousin's tattoo. She remade the original design that was requested by my cousin from someone else because it wasn't appropriate to make into a tattoo as it had complications such as incorrect anatomy and awkward positioning. From an artist's perspective, she did an absolutely beautiful job. 10/10 Would come by again.
