Skye Ink Tattoo Studio

I’ve been eyeing this studio for years and was super excited to get a tattoo especially since it’s hard to find artists who specialize in fine line. I got a quote above my knee and after a day of having it I realized it’s crooked :/ lolz it’s on my body forever now. Also overpriced and didn’t really get friendly vibes either. I’ll just take this permanent L I guess To reply: 1. we had no problem making space for the other patrons we even had a fond conversation with them. 2. the tattoos crooked, you posting on Instagram doesn’t change the fact that it’s crooked. Accountability and an apology would suffice. Thank you.

Best Tattoo Studio in Miami hands down! This place is amazing! I got a tattoo from Leo not that long ago and I’m obsessed with it! All their Ink is Vegan and they ONLY use earth friendly products. Even the coffee and water. Yes you read that right. When I came in I was greeted right away in a friendly yet professional manner. Everybody made sure that I felt comfortable and the music was great as well. Studio is on a whole different vibe. Definitely recommend! If you’re in Miami you have to check them out! I got a snake tattoo from Leo and his work is amazing! It is now my favorite tattoo out of the 6 that I currently have and I feel like it is very unique since he added his own style to it. The atmosphere was cool and the place was very clean. Additionally, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Luis, who works the front desk was also very kind and answered a lot of questions that I had regarding my new tattoo. If you're looking to get some work done I highly recommend Skye Ink!

I wish every tattoo I got could be from Skye Ink. It has the best atmosphere, incredible artists, and the shop itself is so beautiful. The entire process was seamless and I couldn’t love my tattoo more! As soon as you walk into this studio, you are welcomed in with the most amazing energy! The front desk workers are so kind and accommodate you incredibly! I booked an appointment through their form on the website and they got back to me super quick and set me up with Pam! Pam was an extraordinary tattoo artist. Not only does she do amazing work but she also is very kind and funny! She also spoke Spanish which was impressive and allowed me to feel more comfortable talking in Spanish. She also made sure I was okay and feeling good the whole session! I loved my tattoo after all and I am definitely coming back to get more tattoo’s here! The owner, Andy, is also one of the sweetest women I have ever met! She started this studio all by herself and is so kind and caring for her customers and workers. If you want a tattoo, this is where you need to come!

I came here for my birthday trip and decided to get my first tattoo here. This tattoo shop is beautiful and super clean. Shoutout to Pam who did my tattoo! I came in with last minute adjustments and she was super patient and helpful. I really appreciate that because it made the experience super smooth. I will definitely get another tattoo here in the future!

I got a custom tat which I absolutely love. However, I stated I wanted it to say “la luna” and he ignored my request and put “moon” uncentered. The edges came out crooked and wider at the top. Honestly, the thing that earned it 3 stars was that he was cool and the design inside the card was amazing. The fact that he ruined the way I only had spanish tattooed on me was what ruined my day, and later I realized that the lines on the outside were off. I’m getting the top and bottom edges redone with some covers to cover that part up. Response to reply: the artist took the design to his station and when it was shown, it had the original “star” which I stated I wanted to say “la luna I asked to please change the number on top and to add “la luna” which I said in spanish as I continued to talk in english. It was written on top of the “star” and I could not read that it said “moon” I simply assumed since I stated multiple times I wanted “la luna” as he did it that he would put it correctly. He was awesome and the design’s dope, but the mistake is unjustifiable. The only way to correct is to black out or cover which I do not want to do because it was a matching tattoo. The edges are easy to cover which I will be doing with another artist. He was dope, the design was dope, but the mistakes were ridiculous. Forget about the lining because assume I’ll blame it on the slight movements, sure. However, the word that he placed incorrectly, he didn’t even center. It was something minor that could have been fixed if the design was reprinted and placed.

This is a follow-up from a review I left almost a year ago getting my first tattoo. The first tattoo experience was good. The owner was nice, comforting as well as the tattoo artist with a lot of patience as well. What prompts me to write this review are a series of events. When I went to get my second tattoo, the artist was pretty opposed to do the tattoo I had in mind because one of them was facing forward and the other backwards. Now I know some artists are against their work facing towards the beholder but it was something very personal to me and my rationale. The artist made me feel guilty of wanting the position like so and made it feel like if it was untasteful when it had much meaning and she didn't really ask much. In the end, I understood but she still did the tattoo the way I wanted it but not in the most positive attitude (a friend of mine came with me and she was put off by her explanation of "it doesn't go in line with the kind of art work I do and I normally wouldn't do it"). So, I guess it felt sour on both ends. After that tattoo, the owner had commented in my first tattoo session that touch-ups were free within a year and I though that was a great perk. So I went to get a touch-up quite quickly given that it was fine-line in a tricky spot. I made an appointment via the owner for the morning and when I got to the shop, it was completely closed and no one answered the phone. I called the owner then texted her and she said there was a mistake on her end and to stop by the shop later in the PM. After that hassle, I did stop by and got the touch-up done but it was a bit of an unfortunate situation. My third situation is that I scheduled a touch-up with the artist for my first tattoo which the year is about to come up and definitely needs to get re-done. When I scheduled the appointment, I felt horribly ill and felt responsible to stay at home and immediately reported this directly to the artist and she received the notice. I was diagnosed with COVID so

So amazing!!! I got my first tattoo done by Midnight Moonlight and it was so professional, clean, and it was such a chill environment. I’m very happy with the result and would recommend their services to anyone.

Julie was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel so comfortable for my first tattoo. The shop has such and great vibe and the employees are super kind. 10/10 I will definitely be coming back!!

Julie is the best. I got a tattoo on my solar plexus- it was painless and beautiful. She is extra patient if you are a little fidgety and makes sure that you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The actual studio is super clean and very sleek. Highly recommend!
