Just got work done by Mercedes today and I couldn’t be happier! Great attention to detail, breaks to make sure it was coming out as I wanted, and great instructions for care with a guarantee that after healing if there is anything I’m not satisfied, I could come back to fix it. The whole staff made me feel very welcome, and what got me in the door was not only great work, but great customer service answering any and all of my questions prior to my visit! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Personally for me, I did not have a wonderful experience. When inquiring about a tattoo and asking to see the different artists, the response times were delayed but that’s fine considering how busy an artist may be; yet when they responded they only informed me of one artists and gave me one artist’s profile instead of letting me decide whether or not I wanted to have that artist or not. My issue was also that I was charge $500 for half baked tattoos, where on looks like it aged faster than the other and looks nothing like what I wanted. My artist didn’t seem prepared as well because what he sketched and explained to me the day of getting a tattoo was something I was nervous about because it didn’t seem like they were ready to tattoo me. Informed them of this fact and the state of my tattoos, but I won’t be going back to them.

Yesterday I made another dream come true, I got a tattoo in which I had already researched several studios and honestly this was the best! everything very clean, everyone friendly, always helping with whatever you need.
