Rocio is one of the most incredible artists I have ever encountered. Her understanding of color theory and dedication to painting is extremely apparent when you look at her tattoos. Her attention to detail is unbelievable, her line work is top tier and her ideas will blow your mind. My body is covered in tattoos from great artists around the world, but to this day, my favorite tattoos are the two I have from her.
