Great overall experience. Very clean shop

We came in for my mom’s very first tattoo, as well as some tattoos for me and my boyfriend. Chris was extremely helpful through the entire process, very professional, and worked with us every step of the way. He did a great job with the tattoos and we are super happy with them! Thanks again Chris!

Dress down when you go! Reviews are worthless (they discount for good reviews) College kids: they charge more if you wear designer sunglasses/ clothing or shoes! They jack the prices if they believe you’re able to pay it. Stay away, tats are cheaper at home. Prices for a simple 4” linework tattoo without any coloring jumped in price (their words not mine) from about $180 to $300 when we went back and spoke to the small white bald male artist. We were first told by a female artist that the simple tattoo would be roughly $180. After returning to the shop once we made sure we were able to give a generous tip, the skinnier bald white male artist told us that he had just so happened to do the exact same tattoo that I was looking for and that the price would be $300. After telling the artist (if you can call the creature that) that we were quoted $180 ish by the female artist that had talked to him earlier in the day and he told her in his own words “that’ll take about 30 minutes and cost 180 or 200.” he then resulted to “well we have an ATM right here”

Chris was awesome and did amazing work! He did just what we wanted! For getting my first tattoo He made me feel very comfortable! He was a joy to talk with! He matched our humor perfectly! When I am in the area again I am going straight to him to get another!

If you are anything like me and feel like getting an affordable tattoo anywhere in PC/PCB area is impossible then LOOK NO FURTHER because American Classic is hands down the most fair, fun, and friendly tattoo shop around. The owner is super anti “price gouging” and keeps a shop full of great artists. Best tattoo I’ve gotten in a longgg time. Loved the shop so much that I put their sticker on my car and that’s NEVER been done before for my vehicles!

Honestly a great place to get a tattoo. It's a bit pricey but you definetly do get what you pay for and it's worth it. My artist was Chris. He kept the area clean, offered water, gave some needed tattoo advice, and is very knowledgable in his craft. Would definetly reccomend this shop.

Myself and my new bride were on our honeymoon and we wanted tattoos to commemorate the occasion. Chris accepted us as walk ins and was amazing! He took incredible care of us and we both walked out with great pieces. He was super cool, kind, and had a great sense of humor. My best friend came to visit from Texas. First time seeing her in 7 years. We decided to do matching tattoos. We looked at several websites and lots of photos and decided to check out this place. Chris was so kind and patient with all of our questions and even when we changed our minds a few times. He gave advice when we needed it and was just amazing. Chris did an amazing job on my scorpion tattoo yesterday!!! Want to go back next month with another tattoo already brewing in my brain.

On our last night in PCB, my friends & I decided to get tattoos to go out with a bang. Ryan & Chris did an amazing job! We are all super happy with our ink. Would definitely go back here if I’m ever in the area again!

My daughter went in while on vacation for her first tattoo. I decided to get a matching one, my first as well, at the last minute and Chris took great care of us.
