Craig and the team was amazing. I was very comfortable from the consult to the finished product. Craig was quick and efficient in his work. He helped bring my daughters art work to life in a full color tattoo. They allowed my daughter to be a part of the experience. 10 out of 10 for my experience here. I called them up on a Friday afternoon and asked if I could get a tattoo, my design by 730 I was in there shop , mind you this was not an easy tattoo, the owner himself ( I can’t remember his name ) worked on it until almost midnight, this was the best experience I ever had ! He brought my vision to life , the attention to detail was amazing! I was nervous about the North America part of my tattoo, but he nailed it perfectly!!!!! I highly recommend this place! Thank you for bringing my company logo to life ! I’m definitely going back! Many thanks ! Worth every penny, the pricing was very fair for the detail and time it took ! 5 stars all day long!

They picked up the phone and said "Hi." That was it, just "Hi." This left me wondering if i had dialed the right number. When I spoke I asked about making an appointment, the guy held out the phone without putting me on mute and asked the guy next to him "There's a really awkward guy on the phone and I don't even know what to say to him". if you are going to run a business, get an actual receptionist or train your people how to answer the phone. If you can't even answer the phone in a polite manner, how am I supposed to trust you to tattoo my skin? Completely unprofessional.

Sia is an AMAZING artist! Fantastic tattoo skills! Unfortunately we tried for well over a week to get in touch with Sia, or ANYONE at that shop to schedule with Sia and I have still not received a response. I emailed Sia directly. I also went through the link on the website. I tried calling the shop countless times and although I got an answering machine and left messages, I never received a call back. My fiance reached out to Sia and Lucky You over Facebook and never received a response. It is a real shame because we have previously recommended her to several people. He ultimately got the tattoo done, at another shop, with another great artist, and Lucky You lost two clients.

Gabby is a dream, I absolutely recommend her. She's creative and can help with concepts, but she's also good and doing whatever you need.
