Copper Coil Tattoo

We came in as a late night walk in. Drew and Skyler did amazing job on our tattoos. They were able to get 4 of us in for tattoos making it a night to remember. Every tattoo has great detail and didn’t take that long! Definitely want to come back for another.

Five of my cousins and I came in 30 minutes before closing to get matching tattoos, the staff was outstanding! They were so nice to us and did a fantastic job, i highly recommend this place!

from start to finish I was super impressed! Mo was my artist and she was dope! the atmosphere, the vibe and the love was impeccable! The other artist in there were also hard at works and I didn't see nothing but love and talent in that place!! Mo went above and beyond for me! would highly recommend! came from out of town for a special cover up and she nailed it

My experience here was not so great, the place was clean and all but I’m here to write a review on Skyler. It was my first tattoo and I wasn’t exactly sure about the way I wanted my tattoo to look like since I wanted a very small one. He “sketched” more like took a picture of a screenshot on my phone and cropped out the image… he complained and was so impatient about the 3 small images he had to crop out. Maybe I should have been 100 percent about it but I just wanted to see it just to make sure. Also, my friend and I were his only costumers at the time. I don’t believe I was irritating him, and I really don’t care since this was my first tattoo I wanted it to be perfect. I left upset because this wasn’t how I had imagined my first and only experience to be.

Got a tattoo with Mike and the whole process was great. Every single person in that shop was extremely friendly. Best shop in the area and I will definitely be back. The work I got is absolutely incredible and I couldn’t recommend this shop anymore!

Skylar did an amazing custom tribute piece. He captured everything I asked him, I teared up when I seen it. He gave me something more then just a tattoo he gave me an emotional connection to my son that will be with me forever. Skylar thank you it means the world to me and i will be back for sure.

First impression- it’s clean and the artists are all very talented and friendly. I used Mike Franco for one of my tattoos and one on my son. He is very talented from the design to the sticking. I also appreciated the care he gave while performing the tattoo. 5 stars, I will be back for my next one and anyone looking for a professional shop, look no further! They also do walk ins which is awesome if you get a wild hair and want inked. However, if you need to book ann appointment they are worth the wait.

Copper Coil is hands down the best tattoo shop in Saint Augustine. Today was my second visit with Mike Franco, and he is always on point with his work. Good vibes, music, friendly staff, and overall great experience. Copper Coil is the place to be. Can't wait for my next piece. Thanks again, Mike!

I’ve been twice now. Mike is very professional and really has a great sense for customer service and cares about people. He went above and beyond of what I asked him to do which is rare these days. I’ll definitely be returning.

The art work that they do there is so worth it! You will not be disappointed with them. Mike Franco is awesome and I've seen the rest of his colleagues work around town. High recommendation for tattoos by them.

Skylar has been tattooing me for months and we just completed my sleeve. Copper Coil is very clean and the atmosphere is relaxed yet professional. Al, the shop manager is friendly and kind with the best energy and the other artists are amazingly talented. Skylar is a confident artist who works with you to achieve the artwork you want while also being able to give you direction and help you “see the big picture”. I am blown away by my piece and receive compliments all the time. I really can’t recommend this shop and specifically Skylar enough! They really are plum perfect ♥️

Best place for fresh ink. I’ve been going to Skyler for years and he never disappoints! Everyone here is amazing, with a great sense of personality. Al is super kind every time and Mikey is also awesome ! Everyone in this shop is unique with their own sense of style. No need to look anywhere else for an artist!

Skylar is amazing. The shop is immaculate! My husband and I got simple line tattoos, and he finished much quicker than either of us expected. We can’t wait to come back!

This was my third time getting a tattoo from Copper Coil. Chris did my first two (astrological signs / infinity sign), and Mike did my third one (hourglass). On my Bach Trip we decided we all wanted tattoos!! We were able to walk right in and all 5 of us were able to get tattoos. We had the BEST experience with Skyler, Mike and Chris! If you are looking for top notch talent, this is your place to go! We are so thankful for the amazing experience.

Came down to Florida to visit family and me and my girlfriend were wanting some tattoos! We gave them a call cause we saw some of there work and decided to go they took us as walk ins and were super friendly and did awesome work on us! Highly recommend going to them 🤙🏼
