Alyssa did a great job on a section of my leg sleeve! She was amazing and I truly recommend her to anyone looking for a great tattoo! I felt so comfortable with her and she is so sweet!

I recently went with a group of friends and from the moment we all walked in, we felt very comfortable and welcomed by all of the friendly artists. My artist, Leight, was super nice and funny and gave me exactly what I wanted for a first tattoo! Loved this tattoo shop and would absolutely recommend it to anyone as well as get another tattoo here again.

Amazing experience. My tattoo artist Meli was very receptive to my worries and edits as a first time tattoo experience. She allowed me to take it slow and steady to check her work and reposition the stencil several times. Very accommodating and friendly to lgbt and neurodivergent people. Vibes are amazing.

Courtney gave me my beautiful snapdragon and it was done exactly how I imagined. The colors are amazing and after having it touched up recently, it looks even more stunning!! Courtney is amazing and creates a comfortable and safe space for others with comfortable and easy going conversations.

I recently went to Polar Studio to get a tattoo from Courtney (hothoneytattoos). This is my 4th time getting a tattoo from Courtney. They are so lovely and I always have a great time with them. They never fail to make me feel comfortable during the process and are great at communicating. I got a custom letter tattoo. I always heal great from the tattoos I get from Courtney and they do free touch ups on their previous work. The vibe of Polar was amazing and all the other artists were so so friendly. I highly recommend anyone especially women and lgbtq+ clients!

Absolutely love this studio! I’ve gotten two tattoos from Courtney and can’t wait to keep building my sleeve with her. She’s very professional and so kind. She worked with me to create something I absolutely loved! The studio itself is clean and relaxing, everyone was very friendly and all of the artists seems so supportive of each others work!

Even though I was a walk-in, FG was awesome to take on my “punny” tattoo. I love it and I loved FG. Super cool, super chill studio. Loved the vibe of the entire place and people. If you have a pun inspired tattoo, hit up FG. It’ll be perfect.

I was tattooed by Alyssa and it was such a great experience. Not only did she bring to life such a special and meaningful piece for me, but the vibe she brings to her session was the best. I have been getting tattooed for 15 years and have never felt more comfortable with an artist and in a shop. Polar is such a dope shop with a great atmosphere and awesome people. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve gotten two tattoos from Challis and she is an awesome artist! She takes pride in making sure your tattoo is exactly what you want. She’s very patient with you making changes to design & placement. I’m so happy with the pieces she has done for me and I would highly recommend booking with her. If I could give Polar 10 stars I would! I booked with the owner Jared and he was delightful to work with. We easily fell into conversation as if we’d been friends for years and he made me feel at home and comfortable. He is an incredible artist with pride in his work and he gave me a tattoo that means the world to me. Checking in was easy and everyone I interacted with was so friendly. They offered snacks and drinks and the waiting areas are comfy. They also play anime so you’re not bored while waiting! I will say that if you come on the weekend be prepared to possibly wait past your scheduled time as they are pretty busy. Overall my experience was fantastic and I’ve already booked to see Jared again in April. If you’ve been looking for a fine line tattoo studio to get a piece done, come to Polar!

I had such a great experience getting a custom tattoo with Challis! I asked for little modifications to the tattoo design and was going back and forth a lot about the placement, but Challis was sooooo sweet and patient and made sure that everything was exactly the way I wanted it. Her design is so cute and better than I could have asked for, and I absolutely love her unique style! She was so friendly throughout the entire tattooing process, and I'll definitely be back for more :))

I think the pictures speak for themselves; These are my first tattoos and I had the honor of having both pieces done by Meli. I can easily say Meli and her apprentice JD did everything in their power to make me feel at ease, cared for, and just treated the most amazing way, and I love how staff that cruises along and hypes each other up during sessions and loving all over the pieces, which made me feel amazing! Energetic, detailed, and just an all around accepting place is why Ill go no where else but here. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful design for each of them and can’t wait to create more art with them. From the reception all the way to the end, this was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a very long time. Absolutely love Polar and the beautiful artists, Thank you again Meli🖤🖤

Challis is absolutely phenomenal! She has done 2 tattoos for me so far and I'm so excited to get more done. The environment of the shop is like no other I've been in. So positive and inviting. A really safe space for everyone.

My aunt & I went to get a sentimental tattoo for my mom with Mack. Mack is amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable, and not to mention she is damn good at tattooing. The place itself is super modern & the vibes are immaculate. 10 out of 10.

My mom and I drove an hour from Sarasota to come here and it was WORTH IT. As soon as we walked in the door it was such a friendly atmosphere and Mack (our tattoo artist) was so kind and funny. They had snacks and drinks while you were waiting. They even had a video game area, which my boyfriend loved while he was waiting for us. Jared (the owner) was so welcoming and I can’t speak highly enough of him. It was a judge free zone and everyone that works there really loves what they do. Mack did an AMAZING job on such a special piece for me and my mom. I highly recommend this studio and will be coming back! P.S. This wasn’t my first tattoo but I remember when I got my first one, the studio I went to was not welcoming and I felt very uncomfortable. For those who are looking to get their first tattoo I know it can be nerve wracking, but if you come to Polar it will be such a positive and fun experience. You will feel at home and just know you’re about to get a dope tattoo with ANY of the artists here!
