Control Tattoo

This is hands down the best tattoo shop in the area! The shop is always clean, all the artists are awesome, and it’s a super fun and positive environment. I’ve been getting tattooed by Amanda for over a year and a half, since the beginning of her career there, and she has been just absolutely killing it since day one. Highly recommend her and everyone else at Control Tattoo!

This place was busy giving tattoos when I showed up with some friends. I looked at all the tattoo ideas they had to show examples of to all clients. I believe it will be best to schedule an appointment.

Amanda is the best!!! I’ve been tattooed by her twice and she’s such a gem. Her tattoos only hurt half as much.

I traveled from about 2 hours away to get tattooed by Amanda, and not only did she meet my expectations, she exceeded them and then some. She is a true artist and worked with me to customize my idea. She was caring about managing pain, which i appreciated. Such a comfortable, fun shop that's a feast for the eyes and ears. Everyone was chill and inviting. Very clean and professional environment. Definitely recommend Control and will be a return customer. 👌

Great people, my wife and i, walked in for tattoos to remember our vacation. They took great care of us. Great line work sharp and crisp. Wish this shop was in iowa because it would be my go-to. Highly recommend.

overall such an incredible tattooing experience! amanda went over the design again with me once i got to the shop and throughout the entire tattoo kept checking in to make sure i was comfortable and happy with how it was turning out. she was so kind and personable from the moment i got there. amanda is amazing, i would give it 10 stars if i could! control was very clean and chill. i find that a lot of tattoo shops can be intimidating and sometimes uncomfortable but that was not the case at all at control! do yourself a favor and book an appointment

Steve did an awesome portrait of my dog in a neo traditional style. I absolutely love it. He was really easy going and comfortable to talk to. The shop is nice. I emailed the owner about the tattoo that I wanted. He responded quickly and hooked me up with Steve. I will definitely go back for more.

I got a tattoo from Amanda and it was such an amazing experience. She is so kind and funny and truly easy to talk to and be around. In the process of design she really took my comments and opinions to heart and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. In the process of tattooing she was very accommodating with anything I needed and wanted to ensure i was as comfortable as possible. The shop itself is very welcoming with very talented individuals. I plan on getting many more from her and I'd recommend her and the shop to anyone.

I’ve used this parlor twice now and both times was tattooed by Amanda (lurkdiggler). Not only is she an imaginative artist that wants to make sure her clientele is as comfortable as possible! She makes sure you’re completely happy with what she is putting on you. Definitely a positive, comfortable environment with talented, friendly artists.

Awesome work at a great price. Clean and professional

From the moment we walked in we were impressed with how clean and organized it was! We were greeted immediately and invited to check out each artist’s portfolio (which I had already done on their website) Mike Reed was our artist and he was very easy to work with and took our “concept” and created a design that far surpassed our already high expectation! Through a couple days we texted back and forth and each time we suggested a change or add on he incorporated it beautifully. The day of the appointment I took a few more breaks and he was always super courteous when I needed to stop. He stayed late to finish both our tattoos. All the artists were very friendly and knowledgeable. If your looking for professionals this is THE place. Don’t go anywhere else. Thank you so much to Mike Reed and Control Tattoo we will be back!

I got a tattoo done by Joey, and not only is he the coolest dude, but his work was incredible! I absolutely love how it came out and he was quick too! 100% would recommend having him as your artist!
