Got my nostril and septum pierced here. Amazing!! My aunt also got her conch done here. Super clean, nice setting. Love the decorations inside. The guy was very nice, and the piercings did not even hurt! He had a very nice chat with us, and made us feel very welcomed. I felt very comfortable getting my piercings.

I got a piercing here and was told all the right things to assure he was knowledgeable however everything he said vs what happened were opposite. I went to a different piercer and they told me it was completely messed up from the start. Placement was bad causing bumps and jewelry was poor quality/used wrong jewelry, so bad they asked if I was pierced with a piercing gun. The piercing was hopeless so we removed. Would recommend people go to a piercer who’s a member of the safe piercers organization

I got a horizontal tongue piercing here and while the customer service was great and the employees there were very nice, a few weeks later I noticed a bump forming on my tongue. I had tried to call them a few times and they did not answer so I wound up going to a piercing place that does not do the piercing. Upon arrival the piercer with 25 years experience told me my tongue piercing was rejecting because they pierced me with a needle too small and jewelry too short. Thankfully this piercer was able stretch my tongue to the correct gauge and change my jewelry out for a longer one, however this was a scary and painful experience that could’ve been avoided.

if i could leave a 0 star rating i would. to start off with this establishment doesn’t wear masks even though they’re face to face with people daily. secondly i called multiple times for information about a piercing ***only to be told information i could’ve gotten on the phone*** then i was called “nasty” and that i can’t be pierced because my time was absolutely wasted. if you’re a minority do not come here i promise you will not feel any kind of welcome, from the people that they give business to down to the owners. then not only that they write back to me like if i was told this information over the phone before i got there. it’s almost like i said that though.. it’s okay guys read it again i made it easier for you. don’t come here
