Artist didn't speak English, so had to use the other artist as an interpreter. He was busy doing a tattoo so he had to stop every sentence. The tattoo itself was good but over priced. They tried to charge me $150.00 more until I started to leave. Sorry to give such a harsh review, but wanted to be honest. I am Vicky's husband. She doesn't have tattoos, except all over her face from prison and gangs. "Just kidding;" My wife Vicky doesn't have any ink. I kid a lot. Mo.

When I first came in a lady with a septum piercing didn’t get here name but she was pretty mean wasn’t friendly at all would think a place with 4.5 rating would have great customer service front desk.But the piercer that actually pierced me came out I think her name was Avery not sure but she was really nice made me feel more comfortable explained the procedure what she was going to do it was great but after I left my belly piercing was good until the next day it was sore and swollen which I thought it would go down then the third day it’s still sore and swollen it was red I had noticed the bar was too small she had put a small bar which your not suppose to do so it’s stil swollen which isn’t typical it should have gotten down and not hurt as much I was in pain then the fourth day red more swollen red uncomfortable I had enough I had went to a different shop beyond ink tattoo and had went to change my naval bar and the guy that changed it out for me said it was too small and the piercing was sinking into my skin because of how short the Bar was the piercing would have never healed I would have gotten a infection if I didn’t change it it was getting more swollen and red.

Avery did my navel and from the beginning she was very warm and welcoming! While she was piercing me, we were talking about my plans for the day and I told her that I was going to go find a walk-in shop to get a small tattoo and she referred me to James who had an opening last minute. James was very fun kind and open to taking me in last minute. Overall everyone there is very nice they know how to treat people and they do their job right!! My daughter and I had an appointment with James. He was the best! He made us both feel super comfortable and he was super friendly. The tattoos he did for us both we LOVE LOVE LOVE. It didn't even feel like we were there for 2 hours. Definitely recommend James for anyone's tattoo addiction. Weird thing though, I didn't realize that I was also going to get a yoga/stretch class when using the restroom. Both of us are short girls and we had to do some major stretching to get the TP from the toilet and had to tippy toe to get some soap out of the dispenser to wash our hands. Very weird location for both the TP and the soap. 🤔🤣
